We used the accommodation for a family reunion and everyone was delighted and completely satisfied. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the outdoor area, just everything was perfect! We didn't miss anything and if we had any questions or concerns, they were followed up immediately. Communication with the hosts was extremely friendly. We're already planning our next stay. An absolute recommendation!!!

We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house as well as the pool were perfect for us as a family with a dog. We will definitely come back soon.

Really great house. We comfortably spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking opportunities in the area.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Our stay for New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various benefits of the accommodation. We loved the large living room and the men's room. The communication with Sascha was also great, he responded quickly to the problems (sauna did not get hot and wifi went down) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that there was no hot water running on the last night and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

Wonderful home with lots of space. Responsive host who lives adjacent to the rental home. Beautiful setting. Walkable to restaurants and Rhine river. Included necessities for a comfortable stay.

Nice… great… Stephanie! The house is beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. The views are great! We felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, nicely prepared, just a “home feeling.” Stephanie sent so many great links, was super easy to reach and veeeeeeeeeery friendly! Of course, we were particularly pleased that we were allowed to bring our Miez, who also felt very comfortable as if she were at home. Dear Stephanie! It was an incredibly beautiful weekend and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks so much for having us.

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful holiday home. Very nicely furnished, with details around wine and fully equipped. The surroundings are beautiful with the Rhine and the vineyards. Good for cycling, hiking or sailing by boat. Many good restaurants nearby (easy to reach by car). Highly recommended!

Thomas' place is really a great gem We felt very comfortable there as a family. Everything was clean and you can really relax there. There's a lot to discover in the area. It's worth going there

Our third time and it was wonderful again! For the third time we were allowed to spend our time in this cozy cottage and it was again a perfect stay. The house is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. We especially used the sauna extensively during our visit - a wonderful rest. We were able to enjoy the great weather on the terrace and the extremely relaxing tranquility in the middle of the countryside was exactly what we are always looking for. The surroundings invite you to walk, but the easy relaxing on site with a good book was also wonderful. I'm sure we'll be back a fourth time!

Booked a week to avoid New Year's Eve in the Netherlands with wife and dog. Absolutely relaxed here and had a wonderfully quiet old and new. The area is really in hibernation during this time, many restaurants are closed but there are still plenty open to be able to eat out from time to time. The nature and the hills with the vineyards are beautiful and definitely recommended for a nice walk! The cottage itself is exactly as advertised. Everything is available, is perfectly fine and spotlessly clean. Natalie always responded quickly and kindly to questions, a professional host. In addition, the possibility to drink wine from their own Winery, which is highly recommended. All in all, only positive points and certainly repeatable. Thank you Natalie and family!

We stayed for a few days in the super beautiful cottage of Anke and felt right at home there. Communication was impeccable. Check-in via the key box went great. The cottage corresponded 100% to the photos and description. It was super clean and there was everything you need. Great location in a small, quiet and beautiful village. Very nice to unwind and as a starting point for the beautiful hikes in the surrounding area. We were completely satisfied and therefore give a full score.

Helmut and Maria were extremely helpful and attentive hosts. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would want to make it a home from home. We had an enjoyable 5 days and would have loved to stay longer and return again for a longer stay. The location is quiet, but is also close enough to walk to the town centre and shops. The time in Koblenz was consistently positive. We had rented the place for almost three months and were very comfortable here. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the small garden ideal for spending the evenings outside. The apartment is very easy to reach, not far from the city center of Koblenz, but still in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. An associated parking space made parking no problem. Thank you for a great time!

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

Andrea was a great hostess. Very friendly, polite, likeable & punctual. The property offers shopping within walking distance, from Rewe to Aldi and Lidl to dm, Deichmann or Tedi. Doctors and pharmacies are also within walking distance. Andrea even provided great excursions and tips. The accommodation is spacious has a nice garden, is clean & well maintained. Ample parking is available right outside the door. Since it is an old farmhouse that has been converted, the floor squeaks a bit, but that doesn't bother you at all. In 5 minutes' walk you are on a playground. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, except a microwave, which didn't bother us. Bed linen, towels and other hygiene products were also provided by the hostess. We were there with 9 adults and 2 children and we had enough space. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
