Monthly Rentals in Londonderry Township

This apartment is in a beautiful location in forested foothills near Boiling Springs/Carlisle. The AT Trail is located about a mile north that offers excellent hiking options out and back with scenic views. We took advantage of this during our stay. Hollys apartment is very comfortable and offered great privacy. We appreciated the opportunity to stay there and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you, Ken and Anne

This was our fifth stay at Cedar & Spruce with Willy and Barb. We have been there three times in December and two times in summer months. It has become a "home away from home" for us. Willy is very responsive to our needs and requests. He and his wife Barb have become more than hosts. They have become dear friends. There is always candy, coffee, oatmeal and other items available for us during our stays. During this most recent visit the steps became a bit icy, and Willy immediately took action to make sure that the ice was melted so we would not slip on the steps. Cedar & Spruce will always be our "first go to" when we plan our trips north. We are already looking at dates for July and December 2025. Thank you, Willy and Barb, for making us feel so at home and welcomed in your home.

Great space and location. Communicative host.

This place was so adorable and quaint! It was exactly like the photos; Chris was very responsive and let us stay an extra night which was amazing since there was a snowstorm and the view was beyond amazing! We would absolutely come here again!
