Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Beautiful apartment on the Lower Rhine on a former farm in the main house 2nd floor, in the rural area of the LandLebenStadt Geldern. Location central but quiet in a dead end street. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is located on the gallery. Child safety: a flap at the top of the stairs.

The accommodation is highly recommended and therefore always fully booked. It is a beautiful house where you can clearly feel the love and care in the renovation. We, a bicycle group called'' Platten'', felt very comfortable here - nothing was left to be desired. The hot tub at 35 degrees was a welcome cool-down after our tours through the beautiful bike-friendly Lower Rhine. Overall, an all-round successful stay, which we can only recommend to everyone. We will definitely be happy to come back and look forward to our next visit. Thanks to Renate and Christian The records

We needed a place to stay in the area at very short notice and were allowed to move in in the evening, which saved us either a long drive or a hotel stay. The very clean semi-detached house was inviting, it was nice to be able to go outside and it had the most comfortable bed in a vacation apartment ever. Communication was fast and effective. Had a nice stay at Marc and Jacqueline's. Wonderful sleep, used the bikes so we could see some of the surroundings after good tips from Marc. Use of the nice swimming pool and beautiful garden. Actually booked a too short period, maybe we'll come back. I would definitely recommend it!
