Perfect! Very easy access, parking right outside the door. Warm welcome. Well heated house, good bedding, very quiet. Very clean. bedrooms on the first and second floors. Toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor, book without hesitation.

Charming little house in the heart of Laval. Super quiet! The garden is perfect for our dogs and our son loved the outdoor cabin. The only slightly negative point is that the accommodation does not have parking so you have to find a parking space nearby (which is not very difficult in Laval). Véronique is very welcoming and available for any need or question.

This is the second time we had stayed at Eric's gite. It is a lovely peaceful property with everything you need - and also has a fully enclosed garden area in the front for dogs and to sit having a drink as the sun goes down. Eric himself is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and was always helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed there as 5 adults, for the holidays over 2 days. Cheerful townhouse where you feel good. Close to the historic center of Le Mans. Rose is very helpful. I would recommend this place without a problem.

Very good accommodation for a trip by being many. The bathroom a little small for 9 people and the hot water tank too. but for one night was very enough. Very charming and original house with a beautiful sunroom and small terrace. Thanks for being adaptable too

Very welcoming hosts, easy to access and pleasant building! We were able to visit Orléans next door and Clos Lucet is only an hour's drive away! Beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and visit the village of Olivet!

Very nice and tastefully decorated townhouse where it's nice to spend a weekend with friends to discover the city of Le Mans. Lovely private courtyards in front and in the back of the house to soak up the sun!
