Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, city center very well served (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small nice terrace in good weather. We will definitely return to the beautiful city of Angers and to Philippe's Airbnb if we can.

Very nice studios and perfectly located. The sofas are very comfortable thanks to the toppers. Host hosts are very responsive and available. You can go with your eyes closed!

We had a very good week at Frédéric's place Perfectly located for visiting Blois and the surrounding area, very quiet accommodation and neighborhood, perfect for vacation. With a car, parking is very convenient. Frederic is a very responsive and friendly host (thank you for the eggs from the henhouse!). The listing is very functional and as described. Some additional cooking utensils would be appreciated (a toaster and a cheese grater for example). We couldn't enjoy the garden because it was raining but it looks very nice. We would recommend Frédéric's place without hesitation.

Thank you Karine. This accommodation fully met our expectations, each couple had their suite, their independence with a common room to meet for meals. You may want to provide a larger saucepan or pressure cooker to cook for 6 people. Very nice private parking.

Had a great visit! The directions for check-in were very clear, which made my arrival simple and enjoyable. The apartment is sublime, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is ideal, close to everything, and despite this, the place is perfectly quiet, without any traffic noise. I felt very well looked after and would highly recommend it.

Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available. Very pleasant stay! The host's hospitality was exceptional, everything was done with great attention. In addition, a bottle of wine, chips, juice, madeleines, and coffee in capsules were waiting for us when we arrived. The towels and robes were spotless. The view is superb and the apartment is in a great location, close to everything. The decor is tasteful and everything is designed to have a great time. Sublime accommodation, faithful to the description, full of small touches, cakes, bottle of sparkling Saumurois, on order a very nice cheese /charcuterie aperitif board, breakfast included with a homemade yogurt, brioche, fruit juice, jams... Close to the castle, private parking space...Go there with your eyes closed, it's sublime ❤️

We had a lovely stay. Very good accommodation, the Jacuzzi is a real plus! Small shops easily accessible on foot and plenty of activities to do around! We'll be happy to go back!
