Very good hospitality from Christelle who offered us a quality cottage and nice services The covered terrace, the bbq and the hot tub allowed us to extend the holiday and relaxation spirit for a we even if Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool! But it will be for another visit because the hot air balloon is waiting for us!!! Valerie

We fell in love with our home Au Cocon De Sologne (my husband, my 2 children and me). The place was very nice, clean, very functional and the bedding was excellent! We chose this place because close to some Loire castle (less than 30 min from Chambord for example), and the jacuzzi at the end of the day was just magical! The plus: great selection of books, comics, board games available (it made us the evening with the kids). Very welcoming, available and accommodating hosts. In short, everything was together for a great relaxing stay! We are in a hurry to go back because of a huge wish! Another big thank you to Le Cocon De Sologne

Very warm welcome from Elodie and Rodolphe. The place is exceptional and very spacious, we were 5 families and each had their own space. There is plenty to do in the villa: billiards, foosball, hot tub, arcade game, console, ping pong table, pétanque, in short everything is there for a pleasant time. You can even take a safe walk in the woods. The dining table was great so we could all eat at the same time; which is rare. Thank you++ + for the delicious bottle of white and for the sweets available. We will gladly return there may be more in sunny days to enjoy the pool. Thanks again Elodie and Rodolphe!!!

Great stay with a very clean accommodation that brings together all the modern amenities. the jacuzzi area is a private space in the owners' yard but they were very discreet. we'll be back with pleasure.

Perfect accommodation for a family stay with children (very well equipped!), very close to the Beauval Zoo and many castles. The hosts are adorable and considerate, we were pampered. Another big thank you!

Very beautiful Manor, in a very beautiful and large peaceful and very quiet property. Alexandre was very responsive to our various questions and requests. A quality stay that enjoyed both young and old. Also small extra for the location which is among other things close to the beautiful Château de Chambord and the very beautiful town of Blois.

We had a great time! The place is lovely, clean and as described. The location is ideal, for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley. Marie-Aymée was very hospitable and responsive. We recommend this place without hesitation!

The cave lodge is worth a visit. Absolutely quiet in nature, this atypical accommodation is also comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. The check-in and pickup instructions are clear and simple. In the middle of autumn, we were not cold, in addition there is a stove that heats the stay well. Very well located to shine in the heart of Touraine, and enjoy its castles or vineyards: close to Amboise, Chenonceau, Tours. A great place to stay.

Eric made every effort to ensure we had a great stay Despite our French being so poor he went the extra yard to help us enjoy our stay and to communicate in English It was just as described and ideal for our visit We enjoyed visiting the local chateau’s, walking and golf. Chombord chateau and grounds are spectacular

The place matches the description, no surprises! Many games are available (for children and for large billiards and ping pong types). We were also able to witness the milking of cows which has bcp more for us! The space was VERY clean and large enough for everyone to have their own space, ideal for a family reunion! The environment is VERY quiet in the middle of the countryside, very pleasant for relaxing. We recommend this place! And thank you to the host!

We had a fantastic time at Marianne’s place. Checking was easy and communication friendly. The house is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped and we felt completely at home. The pool is clean and long enough to swim (not heated it’s worth mentioning) and the garden nice and large with plenty of activities (ping pong, badminton, pétanque…) The plancha, bbq and deep fryer in the garage are very nice touches. The beds are comfortable and the blackout shutters most welcome. St Hilaire and Cloyes are nice enough villages but Chateaudun a little further afield is definitely worth visiting. All in all we absolutely recommend Marianne’s house for a family reunion.

We really enjoyed the great calm of the place, we felt very good, great spaces very appreciated for our two small dogs. Host always very easily reachable and responsive. Nickel living room.

Excellent stay in this little house, I'm very happy to have chosen it, it's exactly what we needed, very functional kitchen, spacious room upstairs, in a beautiful green setting, Blois 15 minutes away, Beauval 50 minutes away, safari train I think 30 minutes or less, chambord castle too, frankly this house is a gem. The sky was clear the first night, I rarely saw so many stars , we were able to distinguish a few constellations like the Great Bear. Mr. Dominique very kind and welcoming, really we felt like we were at home, I will surely come back.

Loved our stay! Super close to everything in town, with bakeries and restaurants just minutes away. Be aware that there are two flights of narrow, steep stairs to get inside (plus two steps inside from bedroom to living area). Well lit and manageable - but be aware. Raphael was a delightful host, responsive to our questions. The clock tower is right there, but the bell is not intrusive - no worries!! You will definitely enjoy your stay in Amboise! Be sure to explore the Château, Clos Lucé, and other nearby châteaus such as Chenonceau and Chambord. So much to do!

This is a lovely location situated right next to the owner's home, but also very private. Very well situated for seeing the Loire chateaux, and the local towns and villages, Tours and Amboise standing out as locations worth a day's visit in addition to the proximate chateaux. There are many excellent nearby restaurants, but don't leave booking a table too late as you won't find they have room. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and overall the house is roomy and very comfortable for a group of six people. The decor is attractive, especially if you like rustic country with lots of antiques. The grounds and pool are very pleasant as well for outdoor activities, but we did not make as much use of them as we would have liked due to rainy weather during our late September stay.

Lovely place to stay with and friendly helpful hosts. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby. We loved the private pool.

Great weekend spent at Corinne and Paulo's, very friendly and welcoming! The accommodation is quiet, and the outside allows many activities (pétanque, swimming pool, football), with a barbecue or a plancha to pass meals.

We had a two day stay here on the way down to the south of France. It is such a beautiful place, with a lovely pool and garden and the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again! Many thanks, Kate and family.

We warmly thank Laurence and her husband for the welcome they gave us in their beautiful property. They shared the history of the place and its surroundings but also the activities to do.
