Helsa is easily accessible by tram and offers everything for everyday needs (pharmacy, Netto, Edeka). In just 20–25 minutes you are in Kassel. Particularly beautiful is the field archery course, which can be reached on foot. Tickets are available at the gas station, and we are happy to lend equipment. In summer, the outdoor pool provides refreshing variety.

It takes about 5 minutes. Beautiful bike paths lead through the Aue to Kassel. The A7, A44, A49 highways are within easy reach.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

The apartment is located on the second floor and you can easily park on the street. Within walking distance you can reach the university in about 10 minutes.
