The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

Spacious accommodation with a huge garden, fireplace and grill. Perfectly suited for large groups of people. Nearby (10-minute walk) are a small supermarket and an inexpensive restaurant. The house is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. Check-in was straightforward with a key box. Jiri usually responded quickly to questions.

Really only recommended, we were on site for the second time and always very satisfied. Very clean, great communication, pleasant check in and check out.

Super cozy, spacious farmhouse. Nice hostess, beautiful scenery. Special plus: two bathrooms, an extra toilet, sink in each bedroom - there is never a traffic jam in the bathroom.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

Perfect for groups with several people or couples due to many rooms and bathrooms. Communication was smooth over the phone. Kitchen is very well-equipped. All information according to the previously distributed contract - i.e. wood, tourist tax and electricity were charged extra afterwards. Location is perfect for nature lovers, as well as great for children.

If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. Maximilian's house really looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. He is a very accommodating host who is super easy to reach and inquires about the well-being of his guests. We are happy to recommend this place to stay, especially with the view from the hot tub.

We had really nice relaxing time here after the couple of days we spent in Prague. Spent most of our time just enjoying the house and only ventured out a couple of times. The kitchen was excellently equipped and the hot tub, sauna and cinema room were all brilliant. Would highly recommend!

Price/performance absolutely great. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with cutlery. If you want to use the coffee maker -> you have to bring your own filters. The sleeping area cannot be darkened, should that bother anyone. We got up with the sun anyway. The location is perfect for bike tours and hikes directly from the house.

We were so happy with everything. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and mega large. The area is super quiet, you can relax very well there. We had everything you need in a place to stay. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this place and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.
