Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Logan Square, Chicago

Great location and well stocked on all counts- linens, cooking gear, plates, silverware, etc. Very spacious for larger groups. I think it’s good to note that it’s actually 2 apartments with shared hallway with a 3rd apartment. But all the good things outweighed this aspect.

Such a beautiful, comfortable place! And very quiet. Everything went smoothly. The kitchen was easy to work in, and the beds, very comfortable. An unexpected plus is the beautiful landscaping and backyard.

Nice and clean place! Would recommend a stay here if you are looking for somewhere outside the business of downtown

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

Great simple lodging with two bedrooms in a happening neighborhood. Daniel is responsive and everything is straightforward.

Ginger was a great host - We were able to check-in early, which helped us start our first day in the city. The home was very peaceful but close to restaurants and walkable to the Belmont L station.

Beautiful, functional, and well equipped space for a family of 6. Check in was smooth, instructions were clear, and the space was pristine. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable to great cafes + restaurants, and local transit. The fridge has filtered water and ice. There is a gym within walking distance that offers a $20 day pass. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

We loved this cute little house! Super walkable and close to lots of stuff in Logan Square; although we thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of hanging out in the private backyard. Would definitely stay again!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

First time staying at an Air Bnb and it was amazing. Instructions were very clear and the place had everything we needed!

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Amazing value! Three bedrooms - two decks - great kitchen. This was a great central location for my father/brother visiting. I live in Logan and there are no good hotels nearby and this was even better than a hotel! Parking can be a bit stressful as you are right on Diversey but it was less stressful than I thought it would be. Would book again!!!

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Affordable, quick & easy booking / check-in & check-out…it’s great spot for a quick trip to chicago for a night or two! We used the parking lot area across the alleyway, rented one of the spot hero spaces which was not the most convenient parking situation but it’s the city sooo kinda usual! The ONLY thing i wish that had been mentioned was that it was right next door to a fire dept. one pair of ear plugs were provided but just ya wish i had researched the location just a lil bit more… thanks again for welcoming us to stay :)
