Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The studio (45 m2) is close to public transportation (NS) and the village center. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base for Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). More studios are available for rent on site as well as the studio. The space is best suited for single people.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight.
