Vacation rentals with lake access in Loch Tay

Amazing stay in Dalavich. Went with our daughter and twos labs and they had the time of their life with the loch a few meters away! The hot tub with a view was the cherry on top! Thanks to George for your excellent communication before and during our stay! Would love to return (:

Wow! Wow! Wow! We were totally blown away by how amazing this place is. What a beautiful, characterful home. Very easy space to relax in, with everything you need and more. Stunning location. Sitting in the window or on the front porch the views were mesmerising. Half an hour to Loch Lomond and The Cobbler. Discovered the sailing club across the road and watched sailing races while enjoying a G&T. Brian the host is so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we visit this part of Scotland. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We can't say enough about Mel, our host. He is a SUPER, Super host. He met us at the house, explained all the nuances of running the appliances, coffee maker, etc. I have stayed in many AirBnb's, and this was the most well stocked home yet; bread, coffee, snacks,OJ, Milk, lots of spices, and just about everything to get you started. The view from the porch is stunning. The house was immaculate in cleanliness and decorating. An added bonus; the hotter. Just can't say enough. I highly recommend this property. Janice

The promise of the view was fabulous and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place, this is the place. It is not perfectly placed if you are looking for tourist places to visit but the place is enough for itself for a few nights and it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm. The bedrooms and living rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. Thank you for providing a beautiful home like this.

Beautiful location and such a comfortable cottage. The decked area at the Loch side is a big bonus with fab views. The picture window seat is great. I pretty much perched myself there in the evenings and first thing in the morning.

Our stay in Kinloch Rannoch was nothing short of amazing. The home was beautifully kept, perfectly equipped, and ideal for our group of 8. The location is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and a perfect base to explore the Highlands. Val was incredibly thoughtful and communicative , making everything feel effortless. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!

The second time I've stayed here and would happily come back again! The perfect location for a Highlands getaway, a 20 minute walk from the station and centre, with the beautiful Spey and surroundings on your doorstep. The apartment is a lovely space with all you need for the stay, and Fiona is a very responsive and friendly host. Thanks for a great trip!

This is how Air B and Bs should be. Not only was the accommodation itself fantastic (and obviously being in the Cairngorms, in a stunning location) but the hosts had thought about everything you could possibly need during your stay. Would definitely stay at the Riverside Hideaway again if I was up in that part of the world.

Magical apartment in the old abbey. Cool building to explore. Don’t miss the graveyard. We had a 6 PM check in and had a flat tire coming up from Fort William. When I informed our host we would be delayed, she actually connected me with a tire replacement company FASTER than the rental company! So, the rental company confirmed the services right away and our delay was only 2 hours. We are SO THANKFUL to our kind host! The Boathouse restaurant has the best views, doesn’t require reservations, and was open later until everything else had closed. It’s a big issue to either have reservations (even for pizza!) or eat super early before 6 pm to get food. No local grocery store. Gas station does have fruit and vegetables. We couldn’t figure out the dryer despite the directions.

A fantastic location with stunning views over looking the loch. The house was perfect for our family stay, kitted out to a high standard and Sarah was readily available to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The flat is beautiful and spotless. plenty of atractions in a close proximity, lovely view from the bedroom window. Suz is a great host, very proactive, everything went really smoothly.

The accommodaton was such good value for money and set in the most idyllic location. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was more spacious than we expected! There is plenty of walking nearby or you can soon get to Oban or Glencoe for more adventures!

Thank you Frances! It was wonderful staying with you. We were only here for one night, but in that time we really enjoyed it. Frances was very helpful and helped us get from Port Appin to the accommodation, which is not a given. We would recommend anyone to come here. For those who want to experience Scotland's nature away from the tourist crowds, this is the place to be.

Brian and Becs are superb hosts. We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The cottage has absolutely everything you need and the information about the area was so helpful. We recommend this lovely cottage unreservedly.

Wonderful place and hosts! Caroline and her husband were wonderful, made our anniversary very special. The wood fired hot tub was such a delight after some long hikes in the mountains and they made sure it was perfectly heated for us each night. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. left is some treats that were amazing and it's just such a cozy cottage. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Gorgeous cottage in beautiful surroundings. Anna and Peter are great hosts and the complimentary gifts were fantastic! Didn't expect what we got so totally unexpected gifts but gratefully appreciated. Cottage is exactly as described and we've had a brilliant stay. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Myself and 2 friends just had a brilliant weekend at Dawn and Darren’s cottage. They were very friendly and welcoming hosts. The cottage was perfect for what we needed, the decor was lovely and we’ll definitely be back for another stay. Hopefully later this year! Thank you Dawn and Darren.

Words cannot express the wonderful week we have had on Loch Katrine. Old Smiddy is ideally located for hiking the mountains, lochs and woodland and Carole has thought of all you need to make it feel like a home from home. Having our morning tea watching the Barn Swallows and House Martins catching their breakfast on the lake in the sunshine was very special. Aberfoyle has all you need for food and cute shops and fantastic Doone Hill walk from the town - Free Parking!!! A ferry trip on the Sir Walter Scott from the pier over to Trossachs Pier is a MUST and the Primrose Hill hike was stunning. The Pier Cafe is outstanding, definitely worth a treat and just a short walk away. Thank you Carole for sharing your amazing house, we will be back to enjoy the hot tub and sauna 🤞

Such a beautiful part of Scotland, the cottage has everything you need. We loved swimming in the Lock and just getting a break from the real world! Will definitely visit again in the future.

Had a great time at Linda's place. Was very cozy and comfortable, and Linda was extremely responsive to all queries. Kids had a great time and loved the cattle and horses that were around. Very peaceful and serene. Thanks Linda for being a wonderful host.
