Monthly Rentals in Loano

The apartment is very nice and perfectly equipped. Beautiful view of the sea on one side and vibrant life on the other. Everything is within walking distance. We were there in the fall and enjoyed the beach with few people. Samuele welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us instructions for using the apartment.

Place is quiet. Thanks to Roberto, for asking several times if everything was okay.

This is a lovely apartment well positioned facing the sea in Loano. It’s big enough that staying for a week or more is not claustrophobic, and the living room is great for a family to sit and chat. The balcony is small, but it has enough space to catch the sun and sit and watch the world pass by. We were there when there was Loano fireworks , and the view was perfect. The bedrooms are at the back of the house away from the street, so street noise wasn’t a problem. We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay, Giuseppina offered to find us alternative arrangements, but as it’s a single flight of stairs we managed and appreciated her willingness to help.

Mrs. Raffaella was very kind, always available and quick to respond. The apartment has everything you need, he also left us bottles and fruit juices. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything. We stayed with two children and had a very good time. I recommend it!
