Excellent accommodation. Beautiful house with all the comforts that do not lack anything. Quick and excellent communication with the owners. Located in a residential development with security and very nice. Totally recommendable.

We had a wonderful holiday and felt very comfortable.... The villa was exactly as described and super clean when we took over the house.. thank you for the warm welcome.... The villa has all the amenities you can imagine and needed...Maria was a great host and responded immediately to messages and questions.... we would love to come back..

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is nice and clean, and has all equipments needed. Also very kids friendly with the games and outdoor toys. The host is super nice, and communication is easy and goes fast. We enjoyed our dinners in the beautiful balcony with beautiful sunset and view to the golf resort and pool. We felt at home, amd the apartment was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, and same with the couch. Nevertheless, the apartment had aircondition in all three rooms. I will recommend this place without any doubt. We will definetely rebook if we visit again :)

I still can't quite grasp how beautiful it is there. Wake up to those views and a coffee with the sun on you. The silence and nature. Every day can cook outside on a fantastic plancha. The swimming pool is just amazing. And still nice that you have a short distance away from everything to see and do. We really liked the harbor town of Cabo de Palos to eat and really Spanish. The salt lakes are also very special to see. The Mar Menor with its beautiful beaches and several towns. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back to this fantastic address. It's truly a hidden gem ❤️👍🏻

I had a fantastic two month stay at the fall shoulder season so the pools, parking lot and grounds were almost empty. The weather was perfect with no need to run the AC. The kitchen had almost everything a person could need to prepare family meals. Plenty of clean linens and towels were provided. The unit was decorated nicely. View of the 9th hole but the golfers made next to no noise. The bathroom gets very steamy as there’s no exhaust fan but I left the door open for air circulation as it was just me. I saw there was ammenities for children like high chair, play pen and toys which I thought was very considerate on the part of the hosts. The area is surrounded by agricultural fields of artichokes, oranges, pomegranates and greens so occasionally there were organic smells but it was a minor inconvenience that was remedied easily by cooking or closing the sliding glass doors. I purchase votive candles at the little market for ambiance and scent. I highly recommend this stay.

Sander is a fantastic host, and the apartment was lovely. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Jon’s place was amazing exactly as described. We arrived late at night and Jon had arranged for essentials to be In the apartment which was much appreciated. The husband thoroughly enjoyed watching the golf from the balcony, very relaxing. I would highly recommend a visit.
