Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very nice apartment, great location. Susana was very helpful and friendly.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. He gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped me organize everything. 100% recommended. Unparalleled hospitality. Thank you very much

I recommend staying at the place as it has very good access to the ski center. You can get to the base of the building by skiing. That's very favorable. On the host's side, nothing to complain about. I'm up to 10. The concierge is also very kind and helpful. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people. It's very well equipped. It's not for long-term stays. Out of season, I recommend bringing provisions, as the rest of the base is almost all closed. I'd be back.

Excellent! Highly recommended for a few days of skiing. Rodrigo was very attentive to our queries, it was very useful. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, well equipped. The building has a heated pool, it was ideal for after skiing (wear a cap). It also has a super complete market, and its location is perfect, it allows you to store your equipment in the guard-ski, and go out directly skiing to the media that is 200 meters away. Would definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I stayed with my 2 children. The location is very good, a few meters from the media, near a market with basic things. 2 good restaurants, where you can eat during the day too.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Ma's apartment. José is beautiful, comfortable, modern and very safe. Easy to access. It is in a very good location (steps from shopping) and has a very nice view. Jessica was a very kind and helpful host: she allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage in custody for a few hours on the day of departure. Only observation: despite being on a very high floor, it is a bit noisy from the avenue below, but that did not prevent us from having an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is perfect and has all the features you need on a trip. It's very close to the subway and places to eat and shop. It also has 24-hour concierges and everything is very safe

ski in ski out to El Colorado ski resort! It's not fancy but has everything you need and prefect for a ski trip.
