This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village.
