Condo vacation rentals in Llanelli

Everything in flat was brand new, bed was super comfy, smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, sofa bed etc was perfect. Clean toilet, kitchen,bedrooms and spacious. Interior design was very classical and you can feel luxurious. Kitchen was loaded with so much stuff like a family need. Washing machine, dish washer and tumbler make life so easy. Every room have large smart tv, living room have also tv and i love the carpet. Walking distance to local grocery store and restaurants. Parking free after 6pm infront of apartment and in morning 9am just park nearby in a street. Customer service was brilliant. The owner himself showed us apartment and treat us like own family and gave us few complimentary stuff because we did check-in very late. Every member of management was nice and polite. Customer services 💯 Cleanness 💯 Comfort 💯 Location 💯 Facilities 💯 We will recommend to all friends & family and in future whenever we visit WALES we will stay 100%. Once again huge thanks 😊.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, with a great view in perfect location. The apartment is in the iconic building, right on the beach. Perfect beach holiday with endless paths along coastline, fantastic rock pools, great safe beach with golden sand. Our 7 year old loved bodyboarding, flying kite, playing football and popping in and out of the apartment for our endless mini adventures. There are plenty of board games in the apartment for those rainy moments. The proximity of the apartment to the Rest Bay beach, coastal paths, and beautiful, clean and peaceful surroundings was what we appreciated the most. We will be back!

A lovely apartment, beautiful furnishings and comfortable, sadly the weather was not great so don't feel we got the best of the area, we thought the Marina may have been a bit more atmospheric for eating/drinking.

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.

My little family and I had a wonderful 5-nights stay in Pendine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need! Despite the weather being absolutely awful for 4 out of the 5 days, we still had a fab time :) views are unbelievable looking out over the seafront, highly recommend Great Welsh Escapes :)

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

What a lovely apartment. Very clean. Very contemporary. We loved the decor. We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described. The host was lovely when we spoke and met. Brilliant location to the shops/beach. A thoroughly lovely stay and we’d definitely return.

The best Airbnb I've stayed in! Great location with easy access to walks, lovely accommodation with everything we needed and more. Clean and comfortable, easy to find and check in. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Second time staying here, for annual event in the local area. So knew what to expect. Nice space, easy drive to supermarkets and shops, private space. On equestrian farm so nice to look out of window and see the horses. Bit of roadworks and construction going on nearby but during our weekend stay there was no work going on.

We had a great stay at the Lookout and will definitely come back for another visit. The apartment was ideally situated for a short walk to the beach and harbor, but it was also within short driving distances to shops, restaurants and a country park. The apartment itself was fully stocked with everything you could wish for with enough room to unpack for a short or long trip. To top it off, it had a great balcony view of the bay and the surrounding area. Elaine was a great host and was easy to communicate with and very clear with her instructions/suggestions on how to use this little gem of a property.

Really nice place and pretty convenient with the road

Great place to stay, spacious and responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciate the TVs in each of the rooms to chill out with the kids! Some noise from passers by/those outside in the night, but expected as it’s on the high st and was the last Thursday before xmas day.

What to say about The Mill, it’s stunning! You feel instantly at ease as you approach the Mill and continue to feel that way for the duration of the stay. Chris met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the facilities and gave us so many recommendations for things to do. Even when we were out, Chris was responsive to messages for more recommendations. The apartment was cosy and warm with all facilities we needed. We all loved the hot tub and the kids loved the swim spa. The indoor bbq is so charming and a lovely way to spend an evening. The daily booking system seems to work well, with guests respectful to let everyone have a turn. We have already recommended the Mill to friends and would not hesitate to come back.

The place is beautiful, felt like dream home. Chris is very nice, guiding us nice places to go around & eat. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. Chris is easy sharing and he has tons of information about Wales. Thanks for all the help, Chris !! We'll definitely visit again.

This is the second time staying at this utter paradise near Capel Iwan. Chris and his wife are amazing hosts - the property is one of the best places we have ever stayed - peaceful, idyllic, heavenly - there are not enough words to describe this absolute gem. From the BBQ hut, to the hot tub, pool and beautiful private meadow - Chris' mill house is just perfect. My family, including our two pups, were warmly welcomed. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The hot tub and pool are great, and the real star of the show is the BBQ hut for those lovely evenings in their sun trap of a garden.
