Monthly Rentals in Llanddona

Well, what a fantastic little find. We chose it specifically for the location and it didn't disappoint. With a gorgeous view of Red Wharf Bay from the front of the little cottage, depending on the tide, you could have the sea lapping at the garden wall or out so far that you could hardly see it. Our dog absolutely LOVED leaping over the grassy mounds and running on the vast sands. The cottage had everything we needed for a short stay and we particularly enjoyed the log burner as it was early March (brr). We used the cottage as a base to explore Anglesey and it was perfect. Our highlights... Benllech Beach is lovely, Beaumaris is a sweet little seaside town with castle and gaol, Din Lligwy is an interesting ancient Farmstead remains, Plas Newydd House and the fantastic views of Snowdonian mountains. Our surprise fave was Llanddwyn Bay with it's stunning beach and forest walk (you'll need to check tide times to go over to the island). But most of all we liked coming home to the cottage!

Wow, what a place. Such a lovely location, remote enough not to get too many passers by, but close enough to the local towns. The property is beautifully finished and has everything you need to sit back and enjoy the view. If you are able to walk for a couple of hours, I walk along the coast to the Ship Inn and Boathouse is well worth the effort. Lianne is super helpful and the perfect host. The views are amazing!

The cabin’s secluded location was ideal for the complete getaway type of experience that we had hoped for. It is extremely cosy and well equipped inside, providing the perfect base for exploring some beautiful coastal walks including the length of Llanddona Beach at low tide. This is a place where you can completely unwind. Whilst a couple of stormy nights lashed the cabin with thunderous winds and heavy rain, there is no greater feeling of calm relaxation to be comfortably inside from such weather within such a remote spot. Many thanks to Helen for making the stay so special.

Sally's property is absolutely beautiful, with views out into the fields and nature in the morning our group really enjoyed. The games room was great - pool table, ping pong, and lots of board games if anyone gets bored. Sally even left out a few snacks and treats which was a nice touch. Getting into the property was a bit tricky as it was pitched black when we arrived, but it looked very different in the day time. So just a tip, ideally to arrive whilst it's still daylight. Overall a really pleasant stay, lots of room for everyone, in a beautiful location. Everyone commented that this place would be amazing during the summer as there's an upstairs patio area, garden/sitting area outside.
