Great place for a quiet family vacation. The staff was very friendly, especially George and Anna. We enjoyed their conversation at breakfast. Apartment Right on the beach and with everything we needed.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

The house looks exactly as shown in the photos—clean, near the sea, and situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are plenty of paths perfect for long walks. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful villa. The pool was a huge help in coping with the heat and the villa came with everything we needed. Additionally, Sol was ever helpful. For example: we had forgotten to bring a travel plug adapter, but Sol quickly brought us adapters! In addition to that he had many other good recommendations.

We stayed for 6 nights in February for a fact-finding trip to Cyprus to view potential holiday homes. The villa is perfectly located for very easy access to Larnaca airport. At this time of year (off season) many places are closed, however there is a fantastic taverna in the village a short drive away, and only a very slightly longer drive takes you to many other facilities in nearby Timi. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing trip on the East coast side of Cyprus. We didn't try the pool as it's rather cold at the moment, but the hot tub is great. Note ... the listing doesn't mention that towels are provided but I can confirm that that are. If you like cats there are if course many local ones who will love to visit you. Kitchen ... very adequate Living area ... very comfortable WiFi... very fast although slightly weak signal upstairs. TV ... excellent for Smart TV functions although available satellite channels appeared to be only Arabic ones. Highly recommended.

This was a great villa for a large family stay. Don't need to say too much just look at the pictures used on Airbnb. Location was perfect for us away from the main tourist area which was about a 30 minute walk. We had a car so a 5-10 minute drive took you to the coast and beaches. Shopping was easy if you wanted to eat in or lots of bars and restaurants for eating out. Outside pool BBQ was superb. Host was respresponsive. Highly recommend and would book there again.

Great location for the beaching and diving. The house itself is cosy, clean, well organised and stocked with all the amenities - with a lovely open wild garden - and hot tub was fun. Thanks Alex

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this lovely villa. Kyriakos was extremely welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for our time away. The villa is exactly as described and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. It was extremely clean throughout with plenty of space and amenities to keep the whole family comfortable and entertained. Not only was the villa perfect for relaxing in, but was ideally located for short walks to restaurants, bars and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to stay again in the future.

We had a great time staying at Luxe Villas! The hosts were super responsive at all times. We had a few problems with the wifi & one of the lights downstairs and they sent someone round straight away to fix it. The villa is stunning & a 30 min walk into Aiya Napa along the coast. Gorgeous stay all in all. Thank you again!

Beautiful location, and well-equipped property! It was nice to be a little out of the main tourist area, which meant that the view included less development and we were able to find many restaurants open, even in the winter. Beach access was easy. Getting to a regularly-serviced bus stop at this time of year required quite a walk, but we didn't mind. The jacuzzi was amazing for cold evenings and tired bodies, and the house had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend!

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a really nice peaceful break at this little oasis of tranquility.

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

One of our favourite stays with Air BnB so far! Michael's place was just amazing, spacious, clean and so beautiful. The linen smelled fresh and the house so well equipped. The pool was STUNNING and was difficult to leave! Michael was the most lovely host, friendly and accommodating and providing some little treats on arrival and through the week. We have three older teenagers and this place was perfect for giving them their own space yet having amazing family time. Would recommend having a car for this place, its a good walk to the local village if its hot, but I think to see the island thats a good idea anyway. Wasn't a negative for us at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent villa at a beautiful location in Cyprus. Check in was very easy and the communication with Manos from MAZ was very straighforward. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Tony is a fantastic host. He was patient and very helpful during our entire booking process and stay. The villa is fantastically located only 100 steps from the sea with a fantastic pool and new outdoor furniture. The villa has everything you could want from new washing machine and fridge freezer to microwave and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Bonus of house alarm made us all feel safer during our stay.
