It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Funky, compact ,self contained cabin in the village of stoke canon,close to Exeter with free off road parking, garden and lovely country views. 10 min drive into Exeter , Exeter university ,St Davids train station. Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. There are regular buses into Exeter and the village has a shop,PO and pub that does takeaways and Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and very private.

This is a recently refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a brand new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
