Monthly Rentals in Little Italy, San Diego

I'm glad I found this gem in Lil Italy San Diego—great views and location. The host was great to deal with and had no issues during my stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place with a great view of the city/ocean.

I recently stayed at Andee’s Airbnb in San Diego, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless—one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed in. Every corner of the home felt fresh and well-maintained, making it incredibly easy to relax and feel at home from the moment I arrived. Location-wise, Andee’s place was absolutely perfect. It’s situated in a prime spot, close to everything you’d need to fully enjoy San Diego. Whether you want to hit the beaches, explore downtown, or check out some of the fantastic local restaurants, everything is just a short drive away. There were also plenty of grocery stores and cafes nearby, which made it super convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a morning coffee. Andee was a great host, always available and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great stay - I'll definitely try and stay here again next time I am in town. Perfect location, quiet and cozy apartment, and overall wonderful host and very communicative and accommodating - couldn't have gone any better!

We booked Brittany's condo when we were in town for a wedding, and it was perfect for the long weekend, larger & more homey than a hotel room & still close to all of the action! Her space is the perfect size for relaxing, getting ready, & getting a little bit of work done when needed (the upstairs office loft is so cute!) The area is pretty busy & can be loud at times, but the bathroom was well-stocked with earplugs in case you need them to sleep. (we didn't.) The bathroom was also super clean & stocked with the basics & a couple of extra useful items (the fore-mentioned earplugs, flossers, & q-tips). The kitchen is modern & minimal, but had everything that we needed to reheat our leftovers from Little Italy & make coffee in the mornings. There's so much great food nearby including some really close walkable spots we loved and Gaslamp is about a mile away. Last but not least - very appreciative of the parking spot in the garage so that we didn't need to worry about street parking!
