House vacation rentals in Little Bay

We had an amazing weekend Best villa I had ever rented I loved it Will b renting it again. The host was super nice easy to contact VERY VERY nice Everything was just amazing I’m very satisfied 🙏🏾

It was our first trip to St Martin and we really enjoyed our stay at Laurent’s place. The renovations done were beautiful and the place was very comfortable with all amenities included. Anything we did require Laurent was quick to respond and supply us. The views of the ocean from the patio and the mountains from the kitchen were incredible. The area is great safe and secure and very close to all major shopping restaurants etc within a 5 minute drive. It’s a very central location with orient beach village a 7 minute driver with great beach and restaurants. Also the small city of Grand Case a 10 minute drive to an amazing group of restaurants and beach front bars which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return and stay again at Laurents place.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aquamarine, very well appointed with an extremely convenient location within a community full of amenities and restaurants. Orient Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away and Christine and Alexandre were attentive to all our concerns and needs, will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Amazing stay! The views were amazing and everything was super close. The home looks exactly like the pictures and the host was more than accommodating!! You literally don’t need to look any further!

My family and I (5 year and 17-month-old boys plus three adults) stayed for 7 days in December. Amazing experience from start to finish! The place was exactly as depicted and described online.... Delphine, indeed is a super host!! Responsive to every need and doing it with a great smile :) This location is close to restaurants and coffee shops. All accessible by walking or driving. There is a little national park "trail" steps away as well! Great views of the bay and ocean! The views are incredible especially from the infinite pool ...honestly, I can go on and on! Make no mistake this is the place to stay and be in St. Martin. Highly recommended we will most definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay - the house is beautiful and well-appointed, close to one of my favorite beaches on the island. Mario and his mom were wonderful hosts and I thank them for a lovely stay.

Julie's place was perfection! Great space, had everything we needed (even provided beach chairs!). The private pool was great to have after long beach days. We felt very safe, in walking distance to some restaurants/grocery stores. The beach was a quick walk and never felt crowded. We can't thank Julie and Fred enough for their hospitality and friendliness! We would definitely return.

Paul was fantastic and the location was amazing. We loved the space and our time there was great.

The villa was an excellent choice for my family’s stay on the island. Alain’s warm introduction upon arrival is greatly appreciated. Our entire stay was utterly seamless from the amenities to the overall ambiance of the villa. When in Saint Marteen the place to be is the Blue Lagoon! Take Care!

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

This place is so great that we had to make a return trip. Just like the first time, John's place was excellent. The weather is definitely warm during the summer, so we were thankful for the A/C to keep things cool at night. The pool was great, and the house was stocked with more than enough beach/pool towels to last us all week with 4 people. It was also nice to be able to wash any wet/dirty laundry before packing it up for the return trip. Another wonderful vacation thanks to John's house, we'll definitely be back again (again)!

Great stay. Loved the pool and quietness of neighborhood. All of the amenities were amazing. Was the slow time of season so some restaurants were closed but there was still plenty to do. Walk to beach and restaurants. Very safe area. No complaints, will stay again.

Wonderful little home! We arrived to find everything beautifully prepared—AC was on, and there were water, snacks, milk, and coffee waiting for us. The home was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed provided. 10/10 experience!

A great place to stay for a group! The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, detergents, beach chairs, basic ingredients in the kitchen, a cooler and so much more that made us feel at home. We appreciated that the host always responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. For instance, one of our air conditioning units wasn’t working and he sent over a repair man on the next day. We would definitely recommend!

Eva was an amazing host and super responsive for the few things we needed; including suggestions for taxis, food, etc…. And the unit was gorgeous and very very well appointed. Amazing views and super quiet throughout the visit…. Simpson Bay had lots to do and great food and bars. My only recommendation outside of suggesting you stay with Eva is to make sure you get a car. We walked the entire week, which is doable, but in general Sint Maarten is not super walkable.

We came as a family of 5. The 3 bed, 2 ½ bath configuration worked well for us. The kitchen is spacious, the whole house is air conditioned. Nick had turned on the air conditioners in all rooms so it was lovely and cool when we walked in. Not too far from town and a grocery store and gas station within a stone's throw from the place. Convenient, clean and very comfortable. The mattresses were lovely and soft and we slept like babies! Nick was courteous and helpful. He was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the house to greet us and show us around. He left bottles of complimentary water in the fridge for us, which we were so grateful for! Definitely would book again, and was well worth it for our family! Thank you, Nick!

Incredible villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The place fit a family of 5 very well. You cannot beat the views.
