Beachfront vacation rentals in Little Bay

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Excellent accommodation! Super clean, super well-equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is lovely, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

Communication throughout the process was top-notch. The place was stunning. It was centrally located to a lot of great restaurants especially those in Grand case. The place was beautiful being across from Pinel was great, and there was not a lot of seaweed as there was that other parts of the island in different beaches, which was amazing. The place was perfect for our family. Parking was easy getting to it was easy and it was a great place to relax and enjoy vacation!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

Fantastic place and location!

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

We just finished our stay at Blue Sanctuary at indigo bay and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living spaces were laid out very well. The highlight for us were the two sliding glass walls that open up to allow an open air feel to the first floor and the private pool and patio. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Indigo bay was extremely quiet and gorgeous with lovely sand and calm waves. We would definitely love to return to the same property in the future. Most highly recommended!!!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

Amazing stay!!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Perfect! After exploring the island, I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not even a 5-minute walk on the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! View from the apartment to the golf course and the spectacular beach! Everything is new! It's really worth it!

Great place, private and extremely peaceful.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

Yulia’s flat in Simpson Bay is a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate. The patio overlooks peaceful Simpson Bay, lined with sailboats and activities happening on the ocean. The beach was very private, not crowded with tourists. The flat is well equipped, I can really appreciate all the hangers in the closet as well as having a cordless vacuum to tidy up. The location is my favorite in Sint Maarten, walkable to many restaurants. Yulia checked in with me a few times, I appreciate the hospitality and consideration. I will absolutely book here again!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. The home was spotless and in a very good location, it was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. Patrick met us at check in and showed us around and how to use everything. He gave us information on restaurants and activities. He was extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!
