We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

We stayed at Theresa’s place Memorial weekend, just my husband and our dog. I cannot believe this place doesn’t have more reviews, it was so nice, wide open floor plan, nice, cozy living room with a huge TV, up 5 or 6 steps to the second floor, 2 king bedrooms, one with a bathroom, there is also a hall bathroom. Up another 6 steps to the bunk room, 2 cozy looking bunk beds that would be so fun for kids, up another 6 steps to a small living room with a TV, perfect for the kids to hang. There is laundry if you need it. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. There was even a nice note from Theresa welcoming us and she is very responsive. The area is so peaceful but so close to restaurants, North Conway and Storyland. We would absolutely stay here again. If you decide to book, you will not regret it!

Tim's place was great! Felt like home. View is amazing! Cathedral wood ceilings make the place so warm and cozy. Kitchen and bathroom clean with upgrades. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, N. Conway, and both Crawford and Pinkham notch for hiking and other adventures. Tim was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely rent again!

Thank you Jeremiah and Lisseth, we had a great stay! Everything was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Main st's of NH Conway were 15-20minutes away, dunkins 15minutes, mostly everything was close enough. The view from the balcony and bedroom were amazing. I will be staying here again for sure. Thank you!

This place was beautiful! Very cozy and the perfect mountain retreat. A small issue came up (fire alarm chirping) and Lani came out the next morning to address it. She was very responsive with any questions we had. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We plan to stay here again in the future.

The modern kitchen is complemented by a spacious gray sofa with decorative cushions in a cozy living area. A marble countertop with bar seating is visible, alongside appliances including a refrigerator and oven. Soft lighting enhances the welcoming atmosphere.

Kevin was the most responsive host! he'd message me back in minutes! We stayed 1 night (June 11th). I let him know about my sensitivity to fragrances and he assured me that the linen is sent out; they don't use scented detergent or plugins. I asked if we could check in early and he said as soon as the room was ready they would text me - super convenient. Everything was VERY CLEAN. ☆ IMPORTANT TO KNOW IF TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN ☆the room we stayed in 16 and 17: 1.) the bath tub drain did not allow for bath filling. My son is 3 and will not shower, he only likes baths. so if you have a toddler like mine, or even younger its something to keep in mind. We only stayed 1 night so after the pool we did a sponge bath. BTW the tub and shower curtain were the cleanest I've ever seen! thank you for that! 2.) there was a small ant trap near the bed in one of the rooms. not a big deal for us because my son isn't crawling on the ground anymore and doesn't put things in his mouth.

New Bear Scat Lodge Hillside Chalet

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with my friends. It was 3 total and more than enough room. It rained for most of our trip but we made the best of it. They have a spacious patio. Grill and propane fire pit outside. It was very nice. Place was very peaceful. A bit hard to find, GPS kept saying we had reached our destination, but it was a bit further ahead from where the GPS suggested. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Def recommend and would stay here again.
