Maggie's place was great. We stayed for 2weeks visiting our friends in Hobart and it was a great base for us. Plenty of room and amenities, the place was very comfortable. We liked that it had a heat/AC pump in the lounge and an additional electric heater and electric blankets in the bedroom + a fan for warm nights. The house is old and drafty but the heaters keep it warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Area was great, it's a short 5-10min to supermarkets and bus stops. Bus into the CBD is about 20mins. We appreciated the place came stocked with tea+coffee plus cooking essentials. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Incredible views and personal service, I wish we didn’t have to leave! The apartment is beautiful, large and comfortable. We travelled with my one year old son and they were kind enough to provide a cot, high chair, change mat and even a little box of toys and baby items. It was very unexpected and I was so grateful. I’ll be sharing the apartment with all of my family for when they visit Hobart.

Great location, very convenient if you’re doing anything with the university or just spending some time in town. Perfect for one person if you need space or for multiple people who need their own space.

Jill and her team are excellent hosts and great communicators, making our arrival and check-in stress free. And the apartment truly enhanced our holiday, being thoughtfully equipped and spotless. In fact, it was so comfortable we sometimes preferred to stay indoors than explore the city. It is just steps to the Salamanca market, so we could shop in the morning, return to recharge and head back again in the afternoon. Definitely will recommend this place to families needing three bedrooms

After a long stretch without a break, Brierlie’s apartment overlooking the harbour and historic buildings was the perfect place to land. Everything we needed was within walking distance, great restaurants, the Mona ferry, Salamanca Markets, and more. The apartment was spot-on for two couples. Thanks, Brierlie, our Kiwi friends and we had a fantastic stay.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

This suited our family holiday perfectly. Four couples, two with toddlers, each family had their own room, the host provided travel cots. The kitchen was good and stocked with some food on arrival. The bathrooms were nice. Code access was great for a large group so everyone could come and go as they pleased. It is a beautiful old building right in the best spot. We caught the Skybus from the airport which stopped about 50 m from the apartment, the ferry to MONA just across the road, Salamamca market a quick stroll. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, good heating. Good access with the option of a lift.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Anna's cottage. It felt so cosy and comfortable. Getting around was a breeze. You can get a quick 10 minute bus into the city or a very cheap uber. There was milk in the fridge for us, and a cute little kitchenette which we used for toast and coffee mainly, but there were appliances to cook a proper meal if we wanted. Anna was incredibly accommodating, as we landed quite early and were able to check in ahead of time. Made our first day in Hobart much smoother and enjoyable. if I had to nitpick, I would probably have liked some firmer pillows but the 4 supplied were sufficient (more just personal preference). Overall I can't really fault anything. It was absolutely lovely and I highly recommend the stay 😊😊

I was staying here for work. It was a nice space and had everything I needed. Close to all the Kingston amenities, restaurants and the beach. Clean, comfortable and tidy.

We enjoyed our time at John’s place in Sandy Bay. It is very modern, comfortable and clean. Communication with John was very good. Would return. One thing to be aware of is that parking is on the street (which John makes clear). However it is only two hour parking out the front, between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. If you are out and about in your car each day it is manageable.

Richard's place was fantastic! Great location, only a few minutes drive into the restaurants and supermarkets of Sandy Bay, and only 10 minutes into Hobart city. The home was beautifully presented and incredibly warm, comfortable and cosy, with all amenities and appliances one could need for a great stay. Whenever we messaged Richard, he or his property manager always responded very quickly, were extremely helpful, considerate and pleasant to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was spacious enough for the four of us. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

Really enjoyed our time in Hobart . The apartment was in a good location close to all shops restaurants etc . Key pick up and communication was easy . Walking distance to all of the car rental places. Heating was good and easy to turn on . We loved Hobart and at this price point we were not disappointed .

Bowens place is great to stay and is situated within walking distance to everything you need. We even walked to town a few times as it is just over the hill. Area is very quiet and has everything you need. Wolod recommend this place no problems.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Hobart. The apartment was impeccably clean and so, so cosy! After fun days of exploring we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment and settle down for the evening. The location is ace and the amenities were fantastic - we felt right at home. Louise was very quick to respond to our messages and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in Hobart or surrounding areas.

We had a great stay at 43 Degrees! Location was perfect and the scenery was unmatched, well worth the price. Would absolutely recommend.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Couldn't have asked for more, Miro and Edina were super warm, welcoming and friendly and their place was very clean, well stocked with necessary items and amenities and even some complimentary fruits and basic cooking ingredients. The location was very convenient and walkable to many popular eateries and the famous Salamanca Market. The 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and availability of a washer/dryer was exactly what I was looking for and the surrounding area was quite private and quiet during our stay. will definitely stay again if I happen to go to Hobart again
