We had a great two night stay at Julie's place, grandma, daughter and three grandchildren aged 4, 7 and 9, all loved it especially so the children being close to the goats and seeing kitten and dogs. Easy to find and great welcome and such friendly people. We had everything we needed and more, appreciated the cereals, fruit and biscuits. Such comfy beds too and lots of hot water. Great location to visist the brilliant White Post Farm. Grandchildren didn't want to leave. Thank you Julie and sorry couldn't remember your partners name.. brilliant hosts. Judy.

claire and Steve were amazing hosts very welcoming and made us feel right at home enjoyed every aspect of their beautiful place amazing woodland and pond onsite created by Steve himself that was mind blowing the children loved playing out doors and watching the hens 😉 the dogs were friendly too we will definitely be back again can't wait 👍

Jennifer’s Farm was the perfect getaway for our large family. I’d like to specially thank her for the attention to detail with our little boy of 18 months, so many toys and things for him to do. A cot and high chair provided. Made such a difference. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

We had a lovely stay in this barn conversion close to Lincoln, with my parents, husband and two children. The cottage was lovely, lots of space, clean and extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need! The weather was nice and we made use of the pretty, furnished courtyard at the back, which had a lovely outlook over the padock and the horses next door. The cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful location, we drove to the Bottle and Glass pub, (about 10 minutes away) and had a really nice meal, which we would highly recommend. Was a 25 minute drive to into Lincoln and under an hour to the coast. Pam's communication was great and she kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend for a peaceful stay with a designated driver!

If you’re looking for a special hot tub get away, this is perfect. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished, and set in an ideal location for walks and local pubs. The hot tub seemed like it was brand new, good quality and clean. It is wood fired so it will take 1-2 hours to heat up, which is to be expected

We had a lovely stay very quite and relaxing .John was a great host .i so enjoyed watching the piglets lambs and calves on the farm along with so many wild birds .a very relaxing stay .

From the moment we arrived, we absolutely fell in the love with the place. The whole place has been done to a very high standard, and the hot tub was an incredible finishing touch. Very private, very clean, and had everything you could possibly hope for. Helen is a fantastic host who was very responsive to messages and kept in touch when needed.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Silos, the area is so peaceful and a short distance from the lovely town of Stamford. The hosts were fantastic, the hand written welcome note and the bottle of bubbles in the fridge were a lovely touch, thank you. We will definitely stay at the Silos again and highly recommend it to anyone, wanting peace and quiet, who are visiting this wonderful part of the country.

We really loved our stay. The accommodation was so beautiful, and spacious, with lots of extra attention to detail. We were very well looked after, and highly recommend to stay here. So beautiful and peaceful and very tastefully decorated too. We loved it.

We had a fabulous stay in udder barn-a perfect getaway from home!! The hospitality was warm and very welcoming. We really appreciated the well equiped kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool. The barn was incredialy neat ,tidy and cosy-a real gem! Thank you Sue and Jim for everything, also being available to answer our many questions with such kindness and patience. We had a great few days at the cottage, whilst we explored the local area and coastline. Christine was very helpful and accommodating as we booked at very late notice. Certainly would look to return again in the future.

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.

Stayed here for 2 nights & it is an amazing place. The accommodation is cosy & homely & so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb accommodation I've ever had. The bed was so comfortable & it's just such a cosy place. There was milk & orange juice, eggs, bread, pastries & cereals, etc there on arrival which was much appreciated. A fenced little garden which my dog loved. Was so peaceful & relaxing sitting in the garden in the afternoon. We went for a relaxing weekend break & that is exactly what we got, with the added bonus of horses there too. Roxanne clearly cares about the welfare of her guests, as it is clear to see how much thought is put into the arrival of guests, & all the added little extras that are put in to make it so lovely there. Thank you Roxanne & family. We shall definitely be booking to stay with you again soon.

What a wonderful hidden gem, the photos don't do it justice, the bedrooms are massive , beds so comfy and waking up each morning and greeting the friendly cows with their baby calves in the field at the bottom of the garden was an added bonus! Marcus was a great host, very communicative and interactive. We were a family of 6, ( 3 generations) and a dog and plenty of room for us all with 2 bathrooms ( the roll top bath was loved by the girls aged 6 and 8) The girls enjoyed the summerhouse and the garden was fully enclosed for the dog. Recommend a walk round the Reservoir, the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway ( both within 2 miles of the house) and a day at Mablethorpe, half an hour away (a lovely clean beach and seafront and a big car park at The Beck pub on the seafront where you can park for £5 a day and its literally across the road from the beach)

Very quiet peaceful place. Beautiful paddock. The Shepherds hut is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect base for getting out and exploring. Hosts were very friendly helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again.
