The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.
