Condo vacation rentals in Lincoln

We have stayed at Woodyard Cottages before. Previously we stayed in one of the apartments in the front building, and liked it. Mark and Melanie are both very friendly and responsive, and location is perfect for us to visit family members who all live within 10 min walk. This time we stayed in the newer cabin. All are great value and excellent. There is ample parking and it is quiet, safe neighbourhood. The location is rural countryside, with horse stables nearby. One of them belongs to our family members. For eating out, we found The Anchor Inn to be excellent for our large group. Their traditional carvery lunch, with good veggie options, and lovely airy setting with play ground for young ones was perfect for us. There are also Indian and Chinese takeaways which are quite popular.

Was a pleasure staying here. The apartment has some character to it as it retains its original structure and build. Very spacious and cool. Were happy to stay close to the city. Kay was responsive and offered us any help we needed.

Everything was super good and comfortable. No any minuses at all. Usually I'm writing what I didn't like but there is nothing that I didn't like.

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

The perfectly peaceful place for my now husband and I to spend our first 24 hrs married! It felt as though you were actually in Paris! Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

Excellent accommodations first a weekend away with friends. Loves having two bedrooms and a common living area. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Also really great that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge!

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay

We had a great stay at Alisons abode, and enjoyed our overnight stay immensley. Having travelled along way , and spent a few hours at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at Spilsby, ( well worth a visit ) .. we needed somewhere to relax and recover, and found that at Alisons place ..

Stunning apartment and spotlessly clean. Mattresses were also incredibly comfortable!! A lovely walk into the city…. And not too far. I would definitely recommend and the host was lovely. If I come back to Lincoln then I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Clean, conferable and spacious. As described / pictured Perfect central location for diggerland and Yorkshire wildlife park.

Cozy and well located flat. Was close to shops and everything we needed. Well presented flat which allowed us to feel at home and enjoy our weekend. We attended a wedding at a local hotel so this was a perfect place for us to relax before and after. Communication was clear and easy and we appreciated Keeley opening her home to us.

What a lovely host Margaret is. Helpful and always responsive. She checked in with us regularly, wanting to ensure we were happy. A great location for working locally. We were happy with the place, cleanliness and location.

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed at Kirsty before. Its a convenient spot for us to stay at and see the grandchildren. Kirsty is a friendly host and the communication was excellent.

Great location in Beeston. Bus stop on doorstep and tram stop in 5mins away. There’s also a co-op just around the corner and a large Tesco about 5 mins away. Appartment was as listed, clean and has everything you need for a short stay

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

Stayed at Lewis place for 10 days. Helped me with the self check-in and the place was just as described! Nicely located next to the main road with an accessible Bus Stop. Supermarkets and Shops are nearby

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.

Michelle was very friendly and welcoming and provided lots of extra little touches like asking what bread, milk and butter I would like - and lots of other provisions/treats were waiting for me when I arrived. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos and is very cozy and comfortable. It’s well-equipped and has everything you need for an excellent stay! It’s a very convenient location, right in the town centre, but it was quiet at night and I slept very well in the enormous and very comfortable bed! I will definitely return when I next visit friends and family in the area. Highly recommended.
