Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. We were absolutely delighted with the apartment and our host. Even the fact that we had a baby with us at short notice was no problem at all. Regina was super friendly and absolutely accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and superbly equipped, plus great to reach by local transport. Shopping is also close by. Since we were at a publishing fair, I can't say much about what to do nearby. But since there are always events in the Engelshof, this is only 300 meters away. Nevertheless, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment and you can relax on the balcony. Therefore, we thank you very much for having us here as guests and hope that we can be there again next year.

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

The place was absolutely impeccable and you had everything you needed on site. For shopping, there is the supermarket or bakery around the corner. There was an extra high chair, travel cot and dishes for the toddler. Coffee maker provided the best coffee and even milk froth like in the cafe. Terrace super nice to sit and in the morning you are woken up by the chickens. We can fully recommend the apartment.
