The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

The bright, Scandinavian-style cottage is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Ore Mountains, 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the Capital of Culture 2025 and 200 m next to a cycle path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding towns. There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones. There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Small, chaotically cozy vacation home. Ideal for 2 to 3 people. It is peaceful and quiet here. You can follow the sun on 3 terraces or take long walks through the adjacent forests. There is a small dam for swimming and a recreational pool nearby. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
