Beautiful beach house, 3 floors, PRIVATE, spacious, furnished and fully equipped. Our own pool. WIFI, SMART TV 43", drinking water, hot water, cable. 300 meters from Los Farallones Beach and 700 meters from La Venturosa beach where there is a reserved umbrella. Parking for 1 car (inside), up to 3 more cars on the outside. It also has a skate pool area and grill on the 3rd floor. Parties are not permitted. Families only. It is not part of a condominium.
