Unlimited Hot water on the hot tub (Heater upgraded recently sept-22) so the hottub will be HOT guarantee, Half kitchen, led TV with cable Fast and reliable Wifi. walking distance to supermarkets, and everything. there is only one downside its on the 6th story with NO elevator, but is worth it for the view. You can control tv, music,blinds and lights using Alexa.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

A rooftop pool extends along the edge, offering nighttime views of the city illuminated by streetlights. Loungewear chairs line one side, inviting relaxation. The water reflects the city lights, creating a serene atmosphere against a dark sky.
