Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

Being in Villa Victoria was a total rest. I'll definitely be back. My family was delighted. It exceeded my expectations, the house is very quiet, very clean and tidy. Spacious and with great lighting, not to mention the green areas, beautiful. My mom totally relaxed and my dad was fascinated with the grill. So much so that we decided to stay one more day. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Some highlights include: ⁃ A 2-minute walk to Parque Kennedy ⁃ A 20-minute walk to the ocean side and surfing lesson schools ⁃ Close to Spanish schools in Miraflores ⁃ Close to Metro, Wong, and Plaza Vea grocery stores ⁃ Awesome security team that are present 24/7 ⁃ A big kitchen with great appliances ⁃ Very comfortable queen sized bed ⁃ Close to lots of cafes and restaurants Book this place for your next visit to Lima and get ready to have the best stay ever!

Issac responded to my doubts always. The check-in and check-out times are their strongest point and what sets it apart from the rest of the accommodations is appreciated. The place met expectations, it is as the description and photos, the stay was very good, comfortable facilities, private, 100% clean and has everything to feel at home and never get bored. Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

Actually the place is very cozy, it has everything you need in menagerie and artifacts; only a recommendation, check the freezer, since it did not fulfill its function well. As for the rooms, very clean, tidy enough beds for a large family. The place is very good, there are children's games where they can play comfortably all day. In relation to adult games: they could do maintenance on the hand fulbito and change the game of billiard balls since many of them were very beaten. The psychic is large that we all enter comfortably, the water is not temperate but with the sun it does, it makes you think so. The parrila area is large even have a pizza oven or very good bread. INTERNET service is fluid throughout the house and there is cable per stremming the one that ran out on the last day of stay. In general, the house met expectations but has some points to improve (rating 8.5/10) If I would come back!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit!
