New apartment in a new modern house. The apartment is located in the summer town of Lillesand. Here you will find cozy streets with niche shops and restaurants in our beautiful southern village. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city, and five minutes by car. Free parking in the city. If you want to go to the zoo, it is only 15 minutes by car. The apartment has a nice patio with terrace and furniture. Here you can enjoy the morning sun with breakfast. We have several playgrounds right nearby, and not least nice hiking trails.

With only 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and parks, 500 meters to the beach and swab, 1 km to hiking areas in the forest and 15 minutes drive to the Zoo and Badeland, everything is set for real southern idyll.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Handletur ? Det er også bare 3 km til kjøpesenter, 4 km til Lillesand sentrum. 20 min til Kristiansand Dyrepark

There is a private entrance and there are parking facilities in the street outside - Public free parking spaces. There is a short distance to the city's local shops, restaurants , groceries and to Lillesand boat harbor. During the summer season there is a bustling people and boating in the city and there are Sunday open shops throughout the season
