Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access).
