Vacation rentals with beach access in Liguria

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Thank you.

Tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Liegt direkt am örtlichen Fahrradweg und nur ca. 40 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Super Lage! Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Nadia ist immer erreichbar und kommuniziert proaktiv, so dass man keinen Stress hat. So wie es im Urlaub sein soll.

Appartamento ancora più bello rispetto alle foto e alla descrizione, unica pecca il rumore a causa del ritiro della pattumiera fronte strada ma sopportabile. Posto auto molto importante. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Proprietari precisi e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo presto perché è davvero una perla vicino al mare e al centro.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Giorgio er utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom! Vi måtte avbestille leiligheten vi egentlig hadde reservert i Camogli etter at vi ankom stedet, og satte oss ned for å finne en ny leilighet klokken 20 på kvelden. Klokken 21 hadde vi avtalt med Giorgio, og klokken 23 møtte han oss og hjalp oss med å sjekke inn. Han bisto med å finne parkering til bilen vår, og var generelt helt herlig på alle vis. Leiligheten er fin, med havutsikt fra det ene soverommet, og det man trenger av servise, bestikk og gryter for å kunne lage mat der. Badet er lite, men med kraftig vanntrykk i dusjen og varmt og deilig vann. Soverommene er store og luftige, med flere vinduer på hvert rom (det trengs, ettersom leiligheten ligger i øverste etasje, og det kan bli litt varmt). Sengene er litt harde. På stuen er det sofa og spisebord, og alt er helt fint. Leiligheten ligger perfekt til, med gangavstand til alt. Byen beste restaurant ligger i bygget ved siden av, og det er kort vei til alt. Vi kan trygt anbefale å bo her!

La casa era pulita e perfettamente in linea con quanto descritto, anzi forse anche meglio delle aspettative. L’appartamento si trova su una delle vie principali pedonali, ma i serramenti sono perfettamente ermetici tanto da non sentire rumori dalle persone sottostanti. Lo considereremo di certo se tornassimo a Finale.

Die Wohnung ist richtig schön ,direkter Blick auf Wasser . Ganz nah am Strand.Wir haben die privaten Strände genutzt gerade der erste von der Wohnung San Sebastian der war nicht überfüllt. Auf der Tarase in der Wohnung fehlen Stühle was mir bißchen gefällt,am Tag ist dort auch sehr heiß trotz Sonnenschutz. Wir haben uns 2 liegen gekauft für 40 Euro in Italienischen Supermark,und das schöne Tarase Abends genutzt. Parkplatz Situation ist ein Problem dort nicht am Haus Parken dort werden Täglich Knolchen verteilt. Ein Tip die Straße weiter fahren und erste Straße rechts abbiegen man kommt an ein Parkplatz morgens findet man noch was ab 9.30 wird schwierig, nicht an gelben Stellen parken. In der Stad gabts in der Woche tolle Veranstaltungen ,2 Konzerte die waren richtig gut . Kleine Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen . Täglich kleinen Kirmes mit Karussell und Spielplatz für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern bestimmt sehr gut. Die Preise in Restaurant waren ok. Bettwäsche Handtücher mitbringen.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Il se situe à moins de 10mn de Levanto dans un village très pittoresque. Il donne accès au Parc des Cinque Terre de manière très facile (gare de Levanto ou via le Col à proximité). Le logement était spacieux, propre et bien équipé.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

We had a lovely stay at Matteo’s place. He nicely waited for us at the time of our arrival and greeted us warmly. He gave us a lovely bar/restaurant recommendation and had a great night there. He also told us about a beautiful walk to a panoramic view, and woah that was gorgeous. Great recommendations, great welcome, and lovely place from another time, like an Italian Nona’s home (still very clean and tidy, with modern equipment) Thanks Matteo 🌞

My stay at Lidia's place was wonderful! The place is beautiful, very well kept and clean. You can see Lidia really takes care of it and puts her heart in it! We even got some little treats from her garden and confection! The house is really close to the train station (easily walkable), as is the old center of Levanto. Lidia is really sweet and attentive and replies quickly. The place was equipped with everything we needed and really we thought everything was perfect. Nothing to complain, can highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Lola. Son accueil a été facile et très convivial, très simple à joindre quand nous avons eu des questions. L'appartement est chaleureux et atypique, sa localisation juste parfaite pour un week end en amoureux, idéalement placé dans le village et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. et nous avons pu visiter les 5 terres tres facilement en bateau à partir de Lerici et en train à partir de La Spezzia. des voyages comme on les aime :-) Merci encore

host eccellente , accogliente e sempre presente al bisogno , immobile ampio , pulitissimo , accessoriato, e con tutti gli utensili e stoviglie necessarie in cucina.

Siamo stai ospiti nell'alloggio di Maddalena e Riccardo x 2 giorni, e devo dire che è stato come essere a casa!! Tutto pulitissimo, non manca proprio nulla!! Dal caffè al detersivo x la lavatirce!! Giochi x il tempo libero! Davvero ci siamo sentite a casa, lo ha detto anche la mia bimba! Vi ringrazio anche x la disponibilità sempre pronti a rispondere! Sicuramente se torneremo in zona alloggeremo da voi! Grazie

Appartement bien décoré, à deux pas de la mer et proche du centre de Diano Marina. Bien équipé. Explications claires et communication facile. Je recommande.

Casa grande e accogliente, ampie camere, cucina completa di tutto e bagno grande e pulito. In zona tranquilla ma a piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente il mare, centro paese e parco. Ringrazio Maura per l’accoglienza.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! Nicely decorated and new. Location was good, no regrets picking monterosso as our base. Just be mindful that there are some steps to climb as it's on a higher floor. Water pressure was a little low, but no issues.

Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto dove riposare durante il nostro soggiorno di lavoro nella preparazione di uno stand a Euroflora 2025. Semplicemente perfetto. Lorenzo è stato molto disponibile in tutto e per tutto. Rispetto alle nostre esigenze non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Non avevo con me il mio amato amico a 4 zampe ma ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità a ricevere gli animali ed anche tutta una serie di piccole attenzioni preparate per loro: ciotole, tappetini e tutto ciò che serve a fare sentire loro a casa. Voto 5 stelle e un cuore!

We had a great time in Edoardo's appartment. In a few minutes you're at the sea or at the train station. Perfect for exploring! The area around the building is quiet and has restaurants, stores and bars in walking distance. We can highly recommend it!

Il soggiorno da Cristiano è stato confortevole. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e la posizione è ottima con servizi vicini. Dal balcone la vista mare è come da foto. Di aiuto i suggerimenti dell’Host, reattivo e sempre disponibile.
