Vacation rentals with beach access in Liguria

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Great place with 2 terraces overlooking the sea. Located directly on the local bike path and only about 40 meters from the sea. Great location! The place is super equipped and has everything you need. Nadia is always available and communicates proactively, so you don't have any stress. Just like it should be on vacation.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

The house was clean and perfectly in line with what was described, perhaps even better than expected. The apartment is located on one of the main pedestrian streets, but the windows are perfectly airtight so you can't hear noise from the people below. We will certainly consider it if we return to Finale.

The apartment is really nice ,direct view of water . Very close to the beach. We just used the private beaches the first of the apartment San Sebastian, which was not crowded. The Tarase in the apartment is missing chairs which I like a little, during the day there is also very hot despite sun protection. We bought 2 beds for 40 euros in Italian supermarket,and used the beautiful Tarase in the evening. Parking situation is a problem there not at the house. Parking is distributed daily. A tip continue down the street and turn right first street you come to a parking lot in the morning you will find what will be difficult from 9:30 am, not park in yellow places. There were great events in the city during the week, 2 concerts that were really good . Small stores within walking distance. Daily small carnival with carousel and playground for families with younger children is very good. The prices in restaurant were ok. Bring bed linen towels.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. It is less than 10 minutes from Levanto in a very picturesque village. It gives access to the Parc des Cinque Terre in a very easy way (Levanto train station or via the nearby Col). The accommodation was spacious, clean and well-equipped.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Matteo’s place. He nicely waited for us at the time of our arrival and greeted us warmly. He gave us a lovely bar/restaurant recommendation and had a great night there. He also told us about a beautiful walk to a panoramic view, and woah that was gorgeous. Great recommendations, great welcome, and lovely place from another time, like an Italian Nona’s home (still very clean and tidy, with modern equipment) Thanks Matteo 🌞

My stay at Lidia's place was wonderful! The place is beautiful, very well kept and clean. You can see Lidia really takes care of it and puts her heart in it! We even got some little treats from her garden and confection! The house is really close to the train station (easily walkable), as is the old center of Levanto. Lidia is really sweet and attentive and replies quickly. The place was equipped with everything we needed and really we thought everything was perfect. Nothing to complain, can highly recommend it!

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace. Good location near the sea and easy to get to Savona. Patrizia was a very welcoming host.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! Well decorated apartment, close to the sea and close to the center of Diano Marina. Well-equipped. Clear explanations and easy communication. Recommended.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! Nicely decorated and new. Location was good, no regrets picking monterosso as our base. Just be mindful that there are some steps to climb as it's on a higher floor. Water pressure was a little low, but no issues.

We were looking for a place to rest during our work stay in preparing a stand at Euroflora 2025. Just perfect. Lorenzo was very helpful in everything. We couldn't ask for a better response to our needs. I didn't have my beloved four-legged friend with me, but I really appreciated the availability to receive the animals and also a whole series of small attentions prepared for them: bowls, mats, and everything you need to make them feel at home. 5-star rating and a heart!

We had a great time in Edoardo's appartment. In a few minutes you're at the sea or at the train station. Perfect for exploring! The area around the building is quiet and has restaurants, stores and bars in walking distance. We can highly recommend it!

The stay at Cristiano's was comfortable. The apartment matches the description and the location is excellent with nearby amenities. From the balcony, the sea view is as shown in the photo. The Host's suggestions were helpful, responsive and always available.
