After several stays spent with Denis I still recommend this accommodation which is very clean and in a good location , very pleasant owner, I would recommend it without a second thought

Delphine was a great host very friendly and helpful, The apartment was very nice and close to local amenities.

We were delighted with our stay at Monique and Robert's place. The apartment is in all respects as described and photos, and matched our expectations very well. We particularly appreciated its calm, the shaded environment and the immediate proximity to the pretty village of Saint Benoit Benoît, which provided us with a very pleasant setting for this stay. The apartment is very comfortable, we particularly appreciated the very good quality sleeping arrangements as well as the impeccable bathrooms were very well designed. We left with excellent memories of this stay, and more particularly the meeting of Monique &Robert who welcomed us very warmly, were very available and very responsive if we had any questions. We even had the chance to drive to Poitiers train station, which allowed us a smooth departure. Thank you so much to both of you and see you again, for sure!

Perfect place, very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Listing as described , the beds are at the top and very close to the futoroscope. Very good communication with Thomas. You can book without a second thought!

Very quiet and very nice accommodation despite the proximity to the train station . A parking space. Very well-equipped accommodation. Françoise is very welcoming and always available. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a nice stay at the futuroscope. The apartment is clean nicely decorated and conveniently located. We loved the decor for Christmas🎄! If we have to come back, we will definitely be back.

A fabulous return visit to charming hosts. A beautiful peaceful property with completely secure dog friendly garden. Very welcome charcuterie & breakfast platters. They really go out of their way to welcome you & make you feel at home. We love this place

We had a lovely stay with friends (adults and children). The house allowed us to have several sleeping areas spaced from each other. The large living room is very nice for breakfasts all together. The rest of the time, we spent it outside, by the pool, lying in the grass, playing in the garden, eating. A week in our bubble, to live at our own pace, in this great and very pleasant space!

Jean-Marc welcomed us with great kindness. Her house is ideal in every way: welcoming, warm (thank you the fireplace), equipped and functional. The setting offers many hiking trails. We'll go back there without a second thought

We had a pleasant stay at Julie and her dad's. Very nice house, where it was nice, everything for comfort, comfortable bedding, everything you need for cooking... Very peaceful environment, ideal for spending a few days in peace as we wanted! It felt like home! 😌 We recommend it!

Comfortable and very well equipped accommodation - everything is on the ground floor, very pleasant pool and very accessible - peaceful residential area and very close to the Futuroscope - self check-in and checkout of the same - Marie leaves very clear instructions. So I would highly recommend Marie's accommodation proposal for those who would like to visit Poitier - ideal for families with children.

Nothing to say about Xavier's place. It is in excellent condition, lacks nothing and very clean. Comfortable bedding, functional kitchen... we recommend it!

Was a very unique and cute experience! Felt like staying in the princesses room of a castle. Beautiful stained glass, nice decor, big bathroom, great location. Lorie was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival. Getting there by car can be a little tricky so read through her instructions a few times!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities available. Sheets and towels are provided, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is not noisy although it overlooks a busy street. It is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian center of Poitiers and 20 minutes by car to Futuroscope. There is one parking space included close to the property. Instructions for retrieving keys are sent to you within the day. The owners are very responsive. We would recommend this property if you want to stay in Poitiers or visit the surroundings

The accommodation is really in a great location for visiting Futuroscope. We really appreciated our host's tips and guidance. Pac man delighted the children who had to be torn from the accommodation, they didn't want to leave! A very good place that we keep for next time. Hélène and Patrice
