A huge thank you to Mette for this little cocoon nestled a stone's throw from the sea! My friend and I spent three amazing days in this enchanting place. This haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and regaining serenity, allowed us to fully enjoy our stay between walks and moments of relaxation. The bedding is amazing, and the cabin has everything you need, with impeccable cleanliness. The location is perfect, with the beach and beautiful hiking trails nearby. This is the perfect place for a real break. I highly recommend it!

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. You can walk to a large shopping center quite quickly, where there is everything your heart desires. In general, you get along very well on foot. I did not test public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I was also happy to do. He gave many tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all very great 5 weeks.

Amazing house in beautiful surroundings! Nice mix between original details and newly renovated. The bathrooms are incredibly great! Spacious and good bedroom rooms. Easy to get to. We are happy to rent again!

We were Odd’s last guests in Eika Cottage and yet Odd did make it worth while. All of our questions and needs were met. Odd seems like good host to us and we loved our stay. Thank you Odd!

Fantastic apartment in beautiful surroundings within walking distance in the center of Svelvik. Richly equipped and cozy decorated. Sven Gøran met us upon arrival and was very nice. Incredibly cozy decorated with very good amenities. Far above expected for price. We would love to come back here. Reidun and Rune

We loved staying here, the house was stunning and cozy. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. No one wanted to leave at the end of our stay. The house had everything we could possibly need, and lots of homely touches. There were even flowers, folliage and apples from the garden around the house to make it feel more inviting. Trude was amazingly helpful, offering advice and answering questions. We would definitely love to stay here again if we return to norway. ❤️

Nice place to stay, this was my second stay at her apartment. Great and easy communication, always responsive. Arranged all extras that we needed. Apartment at the great location close to the town centre. Host even managed to arrange us an early check in. Overall great place to stay, will come back again.

First impression ordinary house but beautiful surroundings with even water and mountains, close to Oslo House fully equipped

Cato is a great host. We enjoyed our time and the condo is super kid-friendly. The place is spotless and very comfortable for a weekend away. I would highly recommend this condo.

Most beautiful place: the magnificent view of course and the apartment is very comfortable and cosy. We had planned on seeing more of Oslo but the apartment and its surrounding turned out to be too appealing so we spent most time there. Maybe next time when we come back here 🤞. A plunge in the fjord in November was a great experience! Lea is the most attentive and hospitable host. Very highly recommended!

Really pleased with our stay here, lovely wood fire on when we arrived and beautiful views. Good location, close to local amenities and 25 minutes from Oslo. Lots of good walks in the area.

It's stunning natural beauty and friendly people. They are helpful and welcoming making our stay enjoyable. Overall, is a beautiful destination with friendly people, making it a great place to stay and explore. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
