We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Camille's home. The house is absolutely beautiful along with the back yard being picture perfect. It is just as beautiful as the photos. We had a few minor issues with the sink but Camille and her mom Nik were extremely helpful and very prompt with responses, making sure to take care of everything immediately. Renting a golf cart was a game-changer for us, we had a great time on it versus taking the car everywhere. Lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. We hope to be back one day!! Thanks Camille and Nik!

What a gem. To see that view when you walk in the door is amazing. It’s a beautiful house with everything you may need for your stay. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool is exactly like the pictures with warm water and bar stools to gaze out over that stunning view. The AC & fans do a great job of keeping you cool as a retreat from outside. We also loved the use of the beach chairs, towels and beach toys for the whole family. Our 3 small children loved it! We will be back!

Coup de coeur pour la playa Conchal qui est tout près en auto. Pour relaxer et se reposer, c'est un très bon endroit. Marie est très accueillante et répond rapidement à nos questions.

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. 5 Stars – Best Airbnb I’ve Stayed In! This place was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent—just 50 yards from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean every day. The home itself was spotless, with a beautiful pool and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vidal was amazing—super helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Hands down, this is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!

Il y a 2 chambres séparés avec leur propre salle de bain ce qui a été super pour mes ados Très propre , moderne et très tranquille Cette maison a été un plus dans nos vacances ! J’y retournerais

The house was as described. Everything was very clean, neat and above all with very good ventilation. We felt right at home and if you like a quiet and peaceful area close to nature, this is a good choice.

LOVED staying here! Maria introduced herself at checkin and was very friendly and welcoming. Staying here made us fall in love with the authenticity of simple life in Costa Rica and we appreciated how connected we were to nature. Maria has chickens on the property and she told us how friendly they were, we even let them inside in the mornings to say hello. She even gave us some feed to feed them. Overall home was very spacious and provided us with more than enough for our two-night stay. Thank you Maria!

The pool was the best part! We could have laid out all day long! Super fast hot water. Great view. Easy to communicate with!

Un lugar lindísimo, la casa es hermosa, limpia, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Está full equipada, la cocina muy completa, los baños limpios y áreas muy bonitas. Tomen en cuenta la nota en la descripción que están construyendo al lado, entonces van a tener ruido desde las 7am, pero esto no afectó de una forma muy importante nuestra estadía ya que la casa es tal cual de ve en las fotos .

Très beau séjour dans un endroit vraiment agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et de la piscine. Comme la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas bien, Polino s’est empressé de la remplacer le jour même qu’on lui en a fait part. Étant située dans Pacifico, la maison nous offre la sécurité puisqu’il faut toujours passer à la guérite avec gardien pour accéder au site. Ce fut un séjour en famille inoubliable.

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

Clean and great place to chill out

Maison superbe. Grandes chambres, grand espace de vie (salon/cuisine/terrasse extérieur). Mobiliers et BBQ en excellent état. Piscine extérieure petite mais très agréable (a été utilisé tous les jours). Cuisine super bien équipé avec beaucoup d'accessoires. Environnement très joli même si un peu trop près d'un voisin. A l'intérieur de 30 minutes en voiture, nous avons fait plusieurs pages et quelques villes. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants. Tous ont bien aimé leur séjour.

Incredible Villa in an amazing location! The peace and quiet you get in the hills is just perfect after you’ve had a busy day either in the city (short 15 min drive) or out doing excursions. The view and the pool are just heavenly, photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this incredible property in Costa Rica. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The home is even more stunning than the photos—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying our coffee with a view of the lush jungle and distant ocean was truly magical. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring, and the outdoor spaces made us feel completely immersed in nature. Our hosts were kind, responsive, and offered great local recommendations—from hidden beaches to amazing restaurants. Their hospitality made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with a touch of luxury, this is the place. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We stayed and the end of March 2025. The location is well located a short drive away from Tamarindo and on a major road to be able to go North and/South. The house itself is located in a guarded area. It is very quite and feels extremely safe. As presented in the pictures, it is in the middle of nature and you can see it as soon as you get there and every single time you enjoy a relaxing time on the deck. We got visit from local squirrels and also got to see firts hand iguanas on the trees and several monkeys hanging out. Expect howler monkeys to let you know that they are there in the morning and evening ;-) Andres is responsive. We had a couple of questions and request and he replied promptly and arranged for someone to check on the property rapidly (pool water level) We would stay at this location again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stephen was a most helpful host and assisted us in making all of our plans for a short but fantastic visit to Costa Rica. The house is just as advertised, clean and spacious. The views are out of this world and the access to amenities on the resort are perfect. Quick trip to local beaches and restaurants and we even had time to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. We followed all of Stephen’s advice including a half-day snorkeling trip with Juan Carlos which was a home run! I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Stephen and his beautiful home. I just followed the playbook he provided during our pre-visit telephone call and everything worked out beautifully. Playa Hermosa’s beach is breathtaking and Stephen made all the right restaurant recommendations! I was looking for a simple and fun trip for my family of five and thanks to Stephen my plan came to fruition. So relaxing!

Great villa in a great location. The neighborhood felt very safe and the space was very nice/clean. The pool is hard to beat. 10/10
