Working in the area and this was our second stay at Peter’s place. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this charming cabin in Chesham. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how cosy and beautifully decorated the space was. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making this cabin feel like a home. It was spotless upon arrival and always had a fresh scent. Regular cleaning and fresh linens were provided throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic – within walking distance to the park and local shops, which made it easy to explore the area. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Overall, this cabin provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chesham.

A very comfortable and well-appointed room, equipped with all that we needed. Attractive setting in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Amersham on the Hill. Interactions with hosts were friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Beautiful cabin in a lovely setting. Perfect for escaping from the city. Everything you need for nice walks and country pubs.

This AirBnB was one of the best we have stayed in. We really enjoyed how the bathroom had been decorated, the towel shelf radiator is great and is now on my shopping list! Lots of thought has gone into the use of space, the kitchenette is small but missing nothing - the wardrobes and sitting area are all compact and very functional. Really loved the TV in the end of the bed - my wife wouldn't let me buy one when we got our new bed so it was a real treat to experience having one for a couple of nights! The access is possibly the most direct of all AirBnBs I've visited - you can almost step out of your car door into the door of the property - really handy if your bag is heavy or your legs are empty! Really a very cosy and oh-so-toasty place - amazing value too, highly recommended. Many thanks to our host Chris, he even travelled home from London to help us sort out a tiny issue! See you next year sir!

Perfect stay in this beautiful place! Scott and Patrick were so lovely welcoming us and cuddles with the spaniels was an added bonus! Super clean, exactly like the photos and ideal for a quiet weekend. Highly recommend a trip into Berkhamsted for coffee and a wander.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Jeremy and Astrid’s cottage was so comfortable, quiet, private and in such a great location. In fact, we didn’t use our car for the whole duration of our stay. The cottage is so beautifully decked out with quality furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed and bathroom. Just everything we needed was there. The location couldn’t have been better… walking distance to great restaurants, a Waitrose and other stores, train station to London, pubs, dozens of hikes…. Literally off of the High Street - but so private and quiet. Jeremy made us feel right at home; very responsive and helpful, giving us lots of local recommendations but also very respectful of our privacy. All in all a wonderful stay. Really wish we could give Jeremy ten stars…. He and Astrid are marvelous hosts. Next time we visit the UK we shall definitely stay again.
