This small house will seduce you with its location in the heart of the old village of Levens. A village perched between sea and mountains, located 600 meters above sea level, very close to Nice (20 km), the panoramic view of the village is exceptional and the activities are varied: hiking or mountain biking, canyoning, climbing, swimming pool outdoors (July and August) ...
“My mother and I really enjoyed our stay here. Marion and her husband are really helpful and kind. Parking near the apartment is very easy and there are markets with everything you need near as well. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is a bit small for two people but when you just need a place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast it’s perfect. We definetely recommend this place.”
Charming apartment renovated in 2017. Very sunny. Located in the heights of Nice, at the entrance of the village of Levens. Third and last floor.
“Smiling, Michele was waiting for us to spend a pleasant week. The situation of the studio apartment, gave us the opportunity to escape to the sea (the bus at the door is an advantage) or to hike in the mountains around or to follow the road to the beautiful villages perches. Very good compromise between sea and mountains.”
Michel and Véronique will be happy to share with you a bit of their "secret garden", nestled on the southern flank of a small village, between sea and mountains. Independent house (27m2): on the ground floor a living room with fitted kitchen area with extra sofa bed in 140. The south-facing balcony will offer you a superb view while enjoying a coffee or other break. Upstairs a bedroom with TV, 140 cm bed. You will have shelves and a wardrobe, bathroom with shower and toilet.
“A beautiful, warm and welcoming welcome in a "cozy little nest", refurbished, perfectly fitted out with a "modern rustic" decor. The whole thing has a lot more. The place is charming and quiet. Our hosts were available and discreet. Perfect for a short stay in a village with a magnificent view of the Var valley, a glimpse of the sea and lots of discoveries to be made in the area. Our hosts were accommodating and their little attentions ("homemade cookies" offered for breakfast, aperitif provided on arrival ..) touched us a lot. We strongly recommend the detour to this "secret garden".”
