Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

Séjour absolument parfait ! La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et bien située. Leonardo est très réactif et attentionné et nous avons passé un séjour entre amis mémorables. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, bien équipée et très charmante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et la terrasse et le jardin sont très intimes et sympathiques. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons fortement, tout était parfait !

For our May holiday, we had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Regina Beach. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a clear explanation from the villa manager, Claudia. We also really appreciated the welcome gift — a lovely and tasty surprise! The house is just as shown in the photos: very beautiful and clean. The Wi-Fi works well. The water pressure can drop a little if multiple showers are used at the same time, but overall, it’s absolutely fine. As the name suggests, Regina Beach is located right near the beach. During this time of the month, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. There’s also a bakery nearby and a wonderful large supermarket just a short drive/walk away. Compliments and many thanks to our villa manager, Claudia — her advice and kindness truly completed the holiday experience. We’re very grateful and will definitely book Lucca apartments again when we visit Italy in the future.

appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato, gode di una vista spettacolare. Angelo sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, al nostro arrivo ha fatto una panoramica generale di cosa poter visitare nelle vicinanze e di tutti i mezzi pubblici che avremmo potuto prendere senza bisogno di spostare la macchina.

Samuele è stato un host perfetto, sempre reattivo, risposta velocissima. check-in tramite cellulare ha funzionato benissimo. Disponibilità ad anticipare check in e posticipare check out (anche se alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno). Casa perfetta per due famiglie,v4 grandi camere tutte col proprio bagno completo (2 con bidet). grande cucina con camino (non usato quindi non so se funzionante). Stanza TV, con tanto di giochi in scatola e barbecue esterno. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

Magnifique logement dans les hauteurs de Pietrasanta. Une vue magique et une tranquillité au rendez-vous. Pour garder le calme, Barbara y veillera 👍 Seul petit bémol, il faut s’organiser pour la nourriture car les commerces ne sont pas proches, voiture obligatoire ! Malgré cela, un séjour superbe que nous pouvons que conseiller.

Pietro Paolo er en meget hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Han er hjelpsom, vennlig og opptatt av god service. Kommunikasjon var også veldig bra. Huset ligger i rolige, vakre omgivelser og rett ved turstien som går til Vernazza og til Corniglia. Fra huset er det nydelig utsikt og det er flere koselige uteplasser hvor man kan spise hyggelige måltider. Det er en utvendig trapp mellom husets tre etasjer, men for oss som var en venninnegjeng på 6 personer fungerte dette helt fint 👍🏻

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

Esperienza perfetta per un soggiorno breve durante il Lucca Comics. Daniele è un host corretto e puntuale nelle comunicazioni. L'appartamento è spazioso e ben diviso, ben raggiungibile e dotato di quello che serve. Inoltre il parcheggio è comodo anche per più veicoli. Le procedure di check-in e check out sono state semplici e siamo stati ben accolti dalla Sig.ra Paola, che si è dimostrata disponibile fin da subito.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Vackert stort hus för hela familjen. Vi blev positivt överraskade över hur fint allt var! Naturskönt område och härlig tomt för lek och bad. Lekrummet var uppskattat. Huset ligger högt upp i bergen med smala slingrande vägar. Perfekt för naturupplevelser! Vill man besöka städer runt omkring så räkna med att det tar minst 1 timme med bil. Förbrukningsvaror typ papper, maskindiskmedel finns för ett par dagar men vill du grilla så se till att köpa egen kol. Eftersom det är ett gammalt stenhus så är wifi begränsat. Vissa dagar var det även problem med vattentillgången och varmvatten. Kan bero på att vi var där tidigt på säsongen. Värdparet otroligt serviceinriktade och vänliga. Snabba att svara på frågor och hjälpa till och även tipsa om utflykter, upplevelser och annat i området.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

Superschöner Platz für Urlaub. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Pool ist der Hammer. Pizza aus dem Holzofen Perfekt

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.
