The location of the house is very ideal for a calm and relaxing family holiday. It was an advantage to have the sea within walking distance, being in a calm and peaceful compound, and having all the basic necessities in the house. We were very pleased.

We went earlier than our check in time and they helped us with an early check in. Communication was smooth. We received quick responses to every question we had. We were able to drive to the front of the house and moved our belongings easily. Since we were traveling with our cats and dogs, they were also very sweet :) If you are coming with your cat, the courtyard is very safe. We ordered from the shock grocery app for home shopping, they bring it home, which was quite comfortable. The location of the house is already amazing, you can walk everywhere. I can't wait to experience other houses as well. We will be back :) thank you for everything.

Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. Thank you so much for your interest and hospitality in the host, everything was great. A place we would definitely want to stay again and recommend.

Mr. Ege is a caring and kind host, we thank him very much. The house is very close to the sea and you can swim in the sea by walking about 100 meters. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the use of the residents and quite calm. The sea does not immediately deepen, it is very nice for non-swimmers and families with children. The dinners with a sunset view on the terrace of the house are very pleasant and ideal for making a barbecue. There is a convenience store with only bread and water within walking distance of the house. Transportation to the markets is 10 minutes away by car. There are also Ayvalik dolmuș from the stop, which is 5 minutes by walk from the house. Despite this, you will be more comfortable if you come by car. Perfect choice for those who want to have a calm holiday away from the eye, a perfect place to rest your head. If you want to get bored and mingle with the crowd, Ayvalik and Cunda are 15 and 20 minutes away. We left very satisfied, thank you...

Amazing place located central, but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The house is fantastic and spotless clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The host is very friendly and always responds on time! Totally recommended the house!!

After I made a search about hotels in Cunda, I found a hotel via Airbnb and we stayed in a house called Rhodes in MyWay Cunda for three nights. The house was designed with very modern furnitures and it had everything what we needed. Our house had two bedroom and two bathroom upstairs and one living room in the downstairs. The kitchen was designed with very nice kitchen cabinets and stuff. We were welcomed by Meltem Hn and Fuat bey, owner of the hotel. They were very kind and hospitable. They heated the house before we arrived in the hotel and they served us something for breakfast which was so nice of them. It was my first time to be in Cunda in the winter. I had some doubts whether the places in Cunda are open due in fact that the season has not opened yet. But most of the places were open. The weather was nice so we really enjoyed being there even if it was short. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay in MyWay Cunda Hotel to experience this great atmosphere and hospitality.

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. The house is cool and easy to move around, and the swimming pool and garden is perfect for kids. A great place if you just want to kick back and hang around. Best to have a car, it is a great area to explore and nice walking in the hills up towards Olympos and nice beaches if you continue on the small road east.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
