Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was better than the pictures. We plan to return.

The property was just what we needed to relax and recharge. It was perfect even with our daily afternoon guests…..the iguanas, who always left a poolside surprise. Sitting in the back was what we enjoyed while getting in the pool…..the view was beautiful. Ms Theresa was so sweet and kept everything put together and clean. Will definitely be back!!

This was the best vacation for our family hands down!!! It started with the wonderful O our driver, along Cheyenne, our concierge, who was extremely responsive and helpful all week. She made sure we were well taken care of. From beach reservations, transportation, to great awesome dinner suggestions. Additionally, we had an awesome chef, Amanda Wit who provided local cuisine family style which was perfect for us. Fresh local food with a wonderful, electric personality. Our butler/bartender Kevin Lahire provided awesome drinks and even gave us a master class on a creation of a drink he made just for us, the Newell martini. Do yourself a favor, book them, you won't regret it. Last but not least Liela, our housekeeper was warm, friendly. and kept the villa sparkling-she was a gem. Wow!!! The villa was everything and more. The views of the ocean and the sunsets will remain etched in my mind when I need a reminder. St. Martin and LA hacienda owes us nothing. Until next time!

Outstanding accommodations the view from the pool is breathtaking and the home is top notch. The team that comes with the house is really what makes the trip worth wild. Dana is extremely kind and does a great job making you feel right at home. The owners are definitely lucky to have someone like her watching over the day to day. We also had a private dinner with chef Julian and his team they were phenomenal! Please be sure to stop by his bakery (Jules bakery) for the best baked goods on the island. If we ever visit again we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for the flawless vacation.

This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Rayma, our housekeeper, takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate. We made frequent use of the services of Axel, our concierge, whose recommendations were- without exception- spot on with our expectations. Axel has relationships established with numerous restaurants and venues throughout the island, and when he gets a table reserved for you, it will be the best. If he reserves beach chairs and a day for your, it will be the best location.

Our family vacation to St. Maarten and Anguilla was nothing short of magical, and Mer Soliel Villa played a pivotal role in making it unforgettable. From the moment we stepped foot into the villa, we were greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the pool with the expanse of the ocean right in view . But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional hospitality extended to us by Angus, the caretaker, and Marcia, the housekeeper. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and their genuine care ensured that our every need was met with a smile. While there were countless activities to indulge in during our time in St. Maarten and Anguilla, we often found ourselves drawn back to the villa, where we could unwind by the pool and witness the awe-inspiring sunsets that painted the sky each evening. It was a slice of paradise that we will carry with us in our memories forever!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Le Rocher! Came to St Martin for a wedding and this property was the icing on the cake. Nice quiet secure location within 5 minutes of a small grocery store, and within 10 minute drive to Maho Beach or Marigot. The villa has a great layout, with so many outdoor spaces. Perfect for our group dinners each night. The infinity pool was our favorite spot. The master and 3 cottages all had high end finishes and were spacious and comfortable. The view from the cottages are amazing. Georgina (housekeeper) was a gem. So sweet and did a great job keeping this massive space tidy for us. The concierge (Daggi and Anthony) were so helpful and timely in their replies anytime I needed assistance. Small hiccup with the HOA changing the gate code midweek and we got the new code within minutes. The service is top notch and we will definitely stay here again!
