A great apartment right on the lake. The view is lovely and the area quiet. The local restaurant looks lovely but need to book so we missed out. Parking can be difficult. Good location to explore the area.

Accommodation is clean and in accordance with the advertisement. Explanations for parking and finding the place very clear. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area.

A great off-season place. No difficulty in parking, extremely reduced tourist activity and quiet assured. A small place, perfect for 1 or 2 people, offering everything. Communication, via clear, accurate and cordial messaging. Stunning views of Lake Leman. Small downside: fragile soundproofing.

Great three days spent with family at Patrick’s while shooting in a local archery competition. Great host, lovely accommodation and stunning location. Will book again next time we are over.

Having occupied the accommodation as part of a business trip, the latter was really in every way (situation, equipment, cleanliness, a private parking space...) . David is very responsive. I recommend it without hesitation and will be sure to pick up the accommodation if I have to come back to Thonon or the surrounding area.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Patricia's apartment, which was super clean and tidy, spacious, bright, quiet, and easy to get to. Patricia was super communicative and responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. She left us treats (bread, eggs and wine) which were a welcome surprise.

We had a great stay, everything is good, the apartment is very functional! The host is very responsive and made our stays very pleasant, we will come back without hesitation. We highly recommend, unique experience 🙂

Ideally located accommodation: close to the city center, close to the lake, close to the pier, close to a small "public beach": you can do anything on foot. The apartment is decorated with taste, elegance and refinement. It is spacious and bright and has all the amenities needed. Perfect for a stay in Evian and incursions in Switzerland via the boat. Parking is a plus.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, quiet. It is close to Evian and all the places to visit nearby: very well located! We enjoyed the quiet around the apartment, and being able to sleep open windows with the cool evening. We highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful stay in Yvoire, a stunning medieval village. Met at the apartment by M.A who explained how various things were operated. Well equipped, extremely clean kitchen. Great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful swimming in the lake on your doorstep. Very pleasant outdoor terrace for mealtimes / general relaxation. Accessible and secure outside parking

Rainer was an extremely helpful and friendly host. The apartment was clean and very nice. Access to the parking garage and the bicycles made coming and going very convenient. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a friend.

Paola's place is a home away from home. It is lovely and very generously equiped in everything you need. We stayed as a family with two small children and it was amazing. Highly recommended!
