A true haven of peace. Everything was perfect: communication with the host and the caretaker was smooth and impeccable, they were very responsive throughout the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and what can I say about the accommodation... Even more beautiful in real life than the pictures! If you're looking to disconnect in an idyllic setting, this place is a great choice. You'll understand, I recommend it 100%!

We had a great 1 night stay. This little holiday home had everything we needed and we managed to use the pool in the evening which was much needed after a long day and in the morning to set us refreshed for the last day of our holiday. Honestly, the place is incredible and Laetitia and Norbert are super nice. The holiday home as well as the outdoor area are stunning and we had a private area to have some peaceful dinner with a glass of local cider. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

2nd time we've stayed at Gwennael's, and we're still just as satisfied.

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

We had a fantastic time at Gites Les Lauriers. It was perfect for our family of 3, including a 5 year old. The gite has everything you could need, down to coffee granules, Nuxe products and even clothes washing liquid and conditioner and dishwasher tablets. It is better equipped than most rental properties I've ever been to! Beautiful outside, it is immaculate inside. The seating area was just right for us 3, a good dining area and well equipped kitchen. The oven is a multi-type grill/oven/microwave, which was a bit tricky to work out but fine in the end. The place was absolutely spotless. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfortable and have extra blankets. Outside, the pool is large and we enjoyed sitting by the pool or playing games in the huge garden. It is so peaceful, and the owners let you effectively have the space to yourself whilst being on hand in case. The only downside is if you need internet, there is little phone signal and the WIFI uses 3G/4G too so is patchy. Would return!

A real gem! No complaints except the parking space is a little tight depending on the car. Amazing charm, simple and very tasteful decoration, very bucolic. Excellent comfort bedding. A beautiful little backyard. Eva always answered our questions very quickly. We recommend it without a second thought... well, open them anyway because the environment and the cottage are beautiful. This was an extremely clean home on a beautiful property. The hosts were great very friendly and responsive. This was my first time traveling to France and it made for a great experience.

As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. This place is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and uncluttered. The light pours in beautifully, with shutters to help at bedtime. The large enclosed grounds were great for my son to explore, and we made use of the ping pong table! Lots of fun in the sun. Comfy beds, warm shower, well equipped kitchen, free parking, all private and peaceful. Loved it. And Alexandre is a great host, very responsive to messages and also very flexible as we arrived a little late and then had to leave a day early (not part of the plan!). Nathalie greeted us and showed us round - a very warm welcome.

Pierre is a very welcoming and friendly host, who gave us some very good recommendations and was very kind and attentive to our needs. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and very well thought out, lots of windows that give a lot of light. The garden is very quiet and open to nature. Lots of games available to fully enjoy the outdoors (ping pong, Molky, Breton pucks, etc.) and a beautiful terrace overlooking the river. We'll be back with pleasure!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was self contained and had very good facilities. We enjoyed our brief morning trip exploring quiet places by the river and lakes nearby and we hope to spent time in this area for a longer visit in this Airbnb. Next time we will look for the swallows!

We booked for 4 for one night because we were going to a wedding next door, the accommodation is modern, well-equipped, well-decorated. The bedding is great! A very nice terrace, a beautiful view and a very peaceful area. Recommended +++

The maison located on a steeper, a beautiful location. It’s convenient to get the bus stops. Anne-Sophie’s house is very spacious but still cosy and warm, felt like at home. I did have a very pleasant trip there.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private garden, perfect for relaxing—and especially ideal for kids to play safely and freely. It truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee capsules, bottled water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a bakery and grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the northern coastal area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay, Chantal sent me very clear instructions by SMS for our arrival. Regarding the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, very clean, really comfortable bedding. If I had to find something to complain about, it would just be the lack of a shutter on the bedroom windows, but really it's a detail. Very pleasant stay in this little cottage-style accommodation. Located in a small village in the countryside, the setting is quiet and rejuvenating. Benjamin was very welcoming when we arrived and discreet during our stay. The very tasteful decoration makes you feel good! The accommodation is rather well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the very comfortable bed and the quality of the towels. The fact that it's close to Giverny is a big plus!
