Our space is unique because it feels like you are in the country, with deer roaming the neighborhood during the day and lots of stars out at night. When you are actually minutes away from many popular attractions, shopping, theme parks, movie theaters, businesses and universities. The house is only 2 years old and the guest suite is designed with travelers in mind. Our space is cozy and quiet. Your private entrance and keypad allow you access at your convenience. We live on the property and are available to make your stay a great one. If you want privacy and to just relax, our place is perfect for that! We provide the fixings for coffee, tea or hot chocolate in your room for a great morning start. Any guests staying longer than 4 nights can use our laundry by request with at least half day notice to coordinate access to laundry area while homeowner is available. Our roku TV allows you to login to all your favorite TV streaming services. Come ready with you Netflix or Hulu passwords to watch your favorite shows. I am available by text or phone to ensure our guests have a great stay. I’m also available to provide any recommendations for dining, recreation, etc. We live on the property and monitor who is parked and who is coming and going for safety purposes. However, if your preference is to just have a relaxed and private stay, our space is set up perfectly for that! The neighborhood has a peaceful, rural feel, with jogging, hiking, and cycling trails nearby. All homes are on acreage, so there's real privacy too. Many popular attractions are minutes away, including Seaworld, Fiesta Texas, and La Cantera. There is a parking lot reserved for our Airbnb guests. I recommend a vehicle, but if necessary, uber or lyft are excellent and reasonably priced options for nearby attractions. Each unit has parking for one vehicle. If you have more than one, please advise so we can tell you where to park your second vehicle. Let me know if you will be checking in after dark so we can leave a light on for you! The fan and light are on a remote by the entrance. Because we want to ensure access to hot water for our household and our guests, our water temperature is set high. Be mindful of high temperature.
