The house are beautiful and very quaintly furnished. It was all super clean and equipped with everything you could need. The location is relatively quiet and you have a great view from the balcony. Communication with the host was also super straightforward and always very friendly, as was the personal welcome upon our arrival. It's a perfect spot to unplug. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in this home as a family for a week. It is a large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair thanks to the wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to linger at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay bales, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, and there is a forest right next door. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Katja and Byron are very friendly and we found everything as described.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

Everything was great! The accommodation cannot do justice to the photos, as it is so beautifully and lovingly furnished. Very spacious and everything your heart desires is available. The large sun terrace was our absolute highlight.

Perfect place for a stay in Graz, the parking spot saves time and money! Located at the southern border of the center, it is near the highway entrance and the tram stop to the center is steps from the building. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, quite and well furnished. Marco was super nice, and always willing to help us have a great stay. Definitely recommended!

Large bathroom with a rain shower. Location was next to the supermarket and a bakery which was great. Bus stop less than a 5-minute walk & good bus connection to the city center. Lovely bed could park for free. Very nice considering the price in the center is around 4 euros per hour. We warmly recommend this accommodation.

We have already been to Franz several times - that speaks for itself. We were very comfortable! Great scenery, great amenities and a friendly host. Located in a wonderfully quiet environment, ideal for switching off and relaxing. Unbeatable value for money!

Martin was the perfect host. He was there y welcome me and handover the keys and the explain how everything worked. He was also very helpful with local recommendations. Checkout was also very easy since Martin was present personally for the same. Whenever I had a question Martin was always very responsive. One of my better AirBnB experiences!

Dominik and his apartment were wonderful from start to finish! Communication from Dominik was excellent and he helped us out with all sorts of random requests that went over and above what was expected. The apartment is even bigger and more spacious than the photos would show and is so well equipped with everything you would need (with very generous additions in the fridge!). Nice stay, very nice hostess! Apartment cozy and stylishly furnished, apartment also very centrally located. However, the apartment is not barrier-free (there are some stairs up to the bedroom) and the third sleeping place could be a little narrow and/or too short for larger people. But everything worked out for us :) Thank you, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.
