Great house in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, waking up to the beautiful lake front view was a dream! The house is newly renovated with all new appliances and spotlessly clean, Petra & Luigi provided cooking essentials for us to make breakfast and dinner easily. They even left a bottle of Prosecco for us upon check in! Beds were comfortable, bathroom is spacious with good shower pressure. Very nice and enjoyable amenities. Petra & Luigi were very flexible with check in time and communicated superbly. We opted to use public transportation instead of driving, the house is close to C10 and C25 bus stops as well as ferry. We did need to go up and down stairs to get to buses but it wasn’t a problem for us in general. For those who may not be able to climb stairs this could be a challenge, especially with luggage on stone paved roads. The stairs were nothing unusual though in the Lake Como setting and not particular to the house. I highly recommend Petra & Luigi’s dream lake view house!

Nicola's place was outstanding! Torno is a quiet, peaceful town and a great place to get away from the crowded streets of Como and Bellagio. Nicola was super helpful in providing recommendations for a company for a boat day on Lake Como, cooking classes at the Airbnb with a chef, and arranging transportation to and from the Airbnb. The pool had an amazing view and allowed for a great way to relax. We would definitely stay with Nicola again!

Kathi’s home is just as described! The view is absolutely amazing, the house is clean and modern and I would definitely go back. I’d say a car is best, but public transport was fine too.

Giovanni was so friendly! He was very proactive with communication and was ready to welcome us as soon as we got to the retreat. This airbnb was SO gorgeous! the view is unlike any in the world. I cannot describe how beautiful the sunrise is at this spot. The lake is stunning and there are so many windows here to showcase it. The streets are quiet, the location is peaceful, and the views are to die for. This place was spacious. My mom and I stayed here, but I could easily see 4 people comfortably sharing. It was spotless and we have no issues with the cleanliness of the place! Keep in mind, Sunday has limited public transportation and may not be the best day for you to travel in or out of this spot. There are a few mini-marts and restaurants within walking distance that are super convenient, but this spot is really for relaxing! I very much recommend this scenic getaway!

We had the BEST time staying at Maria’s place. The location was phenomenal (Moltrasio isn’t as busy as the other villages but close enough to travel there for a day). The restaurants are very close and AMAZING (about a 10 walk). Maria is the best host we’ve ever had. She’s incredibly kind, extremely generous with helping her guests, and overall very welcoming. If you choose to stay here, I recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes to climb the stairs. It is an 18 minute walk from the ferry to the villa (uphill with stairs), so just be prepared for that. We stayed in late October and the weather was beautiful. We were told that the weather was unexpectedly nice for that time of year, so don’t bank on that being your experience if you plan to go in late October 😂 Tips: don’t plan on taxis, use the ferry- it’s always reliable and very affordable (for two of us it was maybe 16 euros/day round trip). Visit all of the neighboring villages. Bring a water bottle with you!

Great family stay at Fabrizio's place. The hospitality, communication, the quality of the home and the friendliness are a big part of it! The views are simply splendid! Very well located between Como and Bellagio. Ability to get around by bus, small bar and supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it! Thank you again for this stay!!

Beautiful views. Very comfortable. Ping pong table was an unexpected joy! Large home allowed us room to move about freely. Local grocery that delivers. Note: Use shutters at night for dark sleeping if preferred.

The Lake House was a great base for us on Lake Como with beautiful 180 degree views of the lake from the living/dining areas, bedroomsn balcony and garden. The instructions for arrival were really helpful and whilst its recommended that visitors have a car for this property due to its location, we managed without. Its a short walk (some along the busy road) down to the ferry boat and the bus stop is not far from the propery giving easy access to/from Como. The accommodaton itself is comfortable and spacious and the complimentary pasta, spaghetti & sauce and breakfast pastries was a welcome surprise! Stefano was a very responsive and welcoming host.
