My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three closed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: edge of the village overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in the beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming facilities in Arendsee and Gartow.

FIRST OF ALL: We are COSMOPOLITAN & TOLERANT! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 Our house was built around 1850. The house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In autumn, when the linden trees have been pruned, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer. Our farm is not suitable for raucous parties!

Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with dining table, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
